Hola Lukas I know I will use it, But more than that I purchased it because of you hard work and all the help you give to the community always with good vibes and respect. Thanks Lukas Keep the lights up!!
Thank you so much for this and all you do for the community! I can't wait to start playing with this!! It's definitely going to change the game for me.
Very impressive -- one thing the FAQ doesn't address is whether you can load it into two instances of S1 that you own (e.g., studio desktop and a laptop you take elsewhere). Hopefully Lukas sees this and is able to update us all. Great job.
Really great Lukas. I would have preferred it if Presonus had bought this off you and made it part of the next version but given that didn’t happen this was an insta-buy from me. Superb work
I like this a lot. Indeed I am compelled to buy it! Won't replace Scaler for me - but damn this will speed up a LOT of things I do to compose music! I Often employ key and tempo changes - I would guess Harmony wizard just takes it's cue from what I am doing in the chord track?
@@jbognap Ah I see, I misunderstood your question. Yes, that's what it does. It drives scales from each chord in the Chord Track and applies these scales to the melody (or whatever is selected). Take a look at the online manual, I've put quite a lot of time into it: manual.studioonescripts.com/harmonywizard/apply-chords-and-scales-from-chord-track
I saw there's a "Trigger Ahead" setting for the Strum function . I wonder if this allows for Strums to start before the beat AND continue "strumming" AFTER THE BEAT. Example: with a 4 note chord, the first two notes start before the beat and the las two notes happen after. Also: what happens with notes' length when you do that? do they quantize automatically so they stop right before next chord's first note, even when that note is before the beat?.I know all of this could be easily done with a few tweaks after using this amazing tool you've created, but I wonder if it can be done directly with the tool! I will be buying anyway, for sure. Thanks, Lukas!!!
As a long time Studio One user I always updated to the latest version - but I stopped at version 5 because there was literally nothing in v.6 I thought I’d ever use. Your add-on looks wonderful, and very reasonably priced…BUT I’d need to upgrade to v.6 to use it which is not so cheap! Great stuff Lukas, I’m sorely tempted…!

Hello Lukas, I am using Studio One 5, I would like to know if I purchase Harmony wizard whether it will work also with Studio one 5. Thanking you in advance for your feedback
This is great! Will this work in the upcoming v7? Or, if changes are needed, will an update be for free? Wouldn‘t want to buy it now and then pay again after Oct 9. thx
Really interested in the chop feature but it looks like triplets aren’t included the way they are in the quantize and step entry feature sets. At least I didn’t see options like 1/8T in the options. I’d buy this for that alone. Cool plug in!
Hi Lukas, I would like to purchase Harmony Wizard. I just want to know if I can install Harmony Wizard, with the studio one 6.6.2 trial version?Thank you.
Please build a proprietary Tuning Plugin. Melodyne is not great anymore. FL Studio, Logic, Reason all have this built-in. Studio One is amazing indeed but really needs this feature.
Hello, I wanted to know if the script scoring tools and Harmony Wizard were available in French, it seems super practical but I'm not very comfortable with English. Thank you for your response.
The product is only for working with MIDI / note data. But you could use Melodyne to turn your vocal audio into MIDI and then create a strings or keyboard backing for it.
Yes, it does. However it depends on how the piano progression is played. It won't detect complex polyphonic material so the different chords need to be clearly separated. Otherwise you may have to split them manually before arranging the chords to different tracks (violins, violas, celli etc.).
Nope. I have bought it and when I try to lcoad it I get an error message from Studio One. It says "Harmony Wizard for Studio One is not compartible with Studio One!" er.....
@ELLIOT8209 I don't believe that 🙂 And I don't think you have compared all the different features of both products (which are very different in their concepts and hard to compare).
@@studioonetutorialshi, I'm currently on Version 5 but thinking of getting Harmony Wizard whilst it's still on sale. Are you able to transpose a melody whilst remaining in scale? A melody line that can be transposed into a 3rds melody line.

Hahahaa! Thank you!! I actually thought about making it more expensive, but Gregor Beyerle convinced me that as a Studio One add-on it should still be affordable.
I know I am going to get grief for this but here it goes. No one will ever convince me that drag and drop music has any merit emotionally or compositionally. I appreciate your feedback. Yes, the features you mention are not for everyone. Absolutely. In fact, in version 7 you can also use custom scales with Harmony Wizard.
Hello, anything alike for Cubase ?
Can this be a solution for vocal audio, to generate vocal harmony?
I have melodyne if that helps
The product is only for working with MIDI / note data. But you could use Melodyne to turn your vocal audio into MIDI and then create a strings or keyboard backing for it.
You could definitely do that with SynthV, it just would not be your own voice.
hi i need help. apparently my harmony wizard is not doing what it suppose to do.
Does this have the ability to explode midi piano progressions into orchestral parts?
Yes, it does. However it depends on how the piano progression is played. It won't detect complex polyphonic material so the different chords need to be clearly separated. Otherwise you may have to split them manually before arranging the chords to different tracks (violins, violas, celli etc.).
Can you add a third to the intervals menu?
Good idea!
I do find €50 to be a bit steep ngl. I would happily pay $20 for it though
That's just my opinion based on my current financial situation of course
If this save your music career than its worth it.
have to agree...20€ would have been a no brainer
Why not make it available for all DAW platforms
It's deeply integrated into Studio One's Note Editor. Other DAWs don't offer this level of integration.
