If you don't want to break the fourth clip use a T10 torx to remove the three screws holding the mirror motor on. There's a hole behind it for the wiring big enough to get two or three fingers through. The fourth clip is a 'push down' one to release. I used tooth picks to hold the other three in the 'released' position while I pushed on the fourth one. The 159, Giuletta and Mito share the same wing mirrors so the covers are the same.
