I want to know how you made the confetti particle so badly (I do not understand particles, its just not my genre) so any tips or like, anything would be appreciated!

Question, how do i make particles spew out then go down? Kinda like the ones in the start of the live (the confetti). I've been trying to make my own but i cant find the perfect one.
