Wow, I'm pleasantly surprised by how simple this was! Thank you for your straightforward explanation. I was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted 😀

Nice. I have watched a few of your tutorials and I was wondering. If I wanted a different "feel" to different interactions, how would I connect this? For instance a drawer should alter the effect based on the speed and position of the curve? Button maybe when clicked fully gives feedback or something. Do I need a new interface for this?

I'm using 4.27, and when I try this with my HTC Vive, the controllers just spazz out for about 2 seconds, regardless of the settings I choose.

Always hated how much feedback they put in VR games, almost always leaving it as is and not adding an option to disable it. It's one of those things that may improve certain aspects of a mechanic but only if said mechanic is used sparingly bc haptic feedback should never be used as a staple, ever.
