    I have swallowing saliva ocd my fear is that I’ll never get rid of it and for some reason every time I swallow saliva feel like people look at me weird like they don’t want to be around me is that the fear ? What do I tell myself to let go I don’t really have a lot of anxiety but the feeling to swallow saliva is still there

      It may or may not be real tbh. But thats not the point to focus on. you got to accept that it doesn't matter what others think. It's hard, and takes practice. It gets in the way of ocd recovery, and you must put yourself before others in this case. There's no other way.
