  • In this video I take a cheap pack of Christmas village trees and re-invent them as a modular pine forest for tabletop role playing and war gaming.

    Shrubbery! XD
It's crazy how these awesome bases started out as hunks of foam. A lot of love put into these, excellent craftsmanship

For a first video this is high quality. I've almost watched all you build videos. Keep it going

Brings me back. You're doing a deep dive into the whole video catalog. Do you have a favorite video/project?

@@brokenterrain the folding table brought me here and now the modular walls intrigue me. I wonder if this can all be stored inside the canvasses to create a truly folding space saving set-up? That's what I would really like. No one seems to have done this. You woukd have the space. Could you try putting some of the mag terrain pieces inside the folded frames to see if they fit?

I use Tupper ware like storage totes. I'm not sure you could fit enough walls in the table top. No reason you couldn't make a box though. Treat it like a board game with a spot for walls, scatter and figures.

just watched it again for like tenth time and I just realized you sound a lot like Bob Ross in this video was just waiting to hear about the happy little trees and that there are only happy little mistakes.

This is great! What type of device are you cutting with... the knife device for trimming?

I use a utility knife with a large blade. The one I used in this video is made by Craftsman.

Where is the grass mat in the intro from?

Michael's. They sell different sizes. Fairly cheap if I recall. A super easy way to transform your table. Then it's all about that scatter terrain.
