  • Created by Plato as a antagonistic rival to his idealistic interpretation of "Ancient Athens", his portrait of Atlantis is nevertheless incredibly detailed - describing the history of the island, its geography, and finally the people who counted the doomed paradise their home before they met their end beneath the waves.

I am not surprised in Bali 2012 I had a bizarre experience meeting one of my Ancestors from another realm, out of common people logic spiritual understanding. As surrounding of Bali's 4 mountains, is Gate 7 of Earth's Chakra 7th which is Mount Kailash Tibet.

Most humid yet stable weather all year around, alway sunrise at 6 AM to sunset 6 PM.
Sumatra itself means Sumer/Summer/Sun/Gold and Tera/Terre/Earth/Land = Mother of Sumeria.
The highest humidity and with so many volcanoes than anywhere in the world made the things decaying easily, even worldwide still don't know about our oldest ancient civilization before the massive eruption of Toba 74000 years ago resulted today world's larget crater lake, volcanic Toba lake with width around 100 kilometers. As our Ancestors were even much more advanced than us today and flee towards today Europe, Middle East, America escaped the eruption larger than Yellowstone USA.

If you read what Plato wrote in the original Ancient Greek, you'll find that Plato wrote that Atlantis was an island on a lake/inland water body that was covered by water. Plato never wrote that Atlantis sank into the ocean. He wrote that the island of Atlantis was covered by water, subsided and created an impassable barrier of mud to sailors. I've used Plato's description of Atlantis along with etymology, local cultural history and religion, etc., in order to help confirm the capital of Atlantis's location by applying scientific method to where numerous experts say that Atlantis's capital is.

19:37 I just love it. It still touches me so deeply. All the descriptions of lost paradises and utopias and heavens to come. The yearning of the soul for a better world, the warnings about the demise of men, should proper behavior and rule of law be abandoned, and vice versa the blessings of the gods, of nature and culture to be reaped if followed thoroughly. - All those warnings against the dark ages and the tales of the golden ages. Be it in legends or written anew in Fantasy or SciFi - I don’t care: the story never gets old, as each generation must appropriate it for themselves as for civilization to continue.

I like to believe that the Eye of the Sahara is Atlantis if we take into account of the 9000 years ago from Plato's time it would be about 12,000 years ago ish. With the Younger Dryas period occurring around then which likely elevated sea levels by several hundred feet and then washed back away it would have created a huge desert in the western African coast which we see today. If Atlantis really is from beyond the pillars of Hercules then the Eye would have been a great spot for Atlantis as it would have fit the description given pretty well.

@BoobaDoo The video begins by speaking of the ancient war that was in the heavens.
It's a war that destroyed a planet that is now an asteroid belt. This war also wiped away the atmosphere of Mars. There is a satellite in geocentric orbit called the dark knight satellite. It's believed to be 35,000 year old.
There are 500,000 year old very large hollowed out caves from pole shifts,
      called a magma dome.
hese are often used for expanding and building underground cities. Justwatch videos from Phil Schneider Then you will recognize the evil & demonic nature of the aliens. Atlantis is quite real. It's last location in the time before this age of mankind was located at the southern tip of South America.
During the last pole shift, Norway for example was alogned east west... not
north south as it is now. The planet shifted and placed Atlantis 1,260 miles
south, and today this is known as Neuschwabenland.
ALL the evil on earth is done ( combined with good works) for people that are
possessed in the spirit, by these aliens, and these aliens are fallen angels !
All the highest levels of every secret agency & government on earth all know
about this ! The underground cities, will become the graves of the globalists that will have taken the mark and by earth quakes, be sealed up in these many underground cities never to rise again, as they have in the past.
They mingled their seed with that of mankind, to corrupt us that we could not return to heaven as the spirit being we are. To alter the DNA, which was why the planet was flooded, accept for 8 people.
These beings continued, and Greek mythology has examples of them, as also
the giants which Joshua made war with to cleans the promised land, given to all Israel and shall not be divided.
Now in these last days, the globalists use the vaccines, just as in 1918, to spread
plagues, so they can use the quantum dot nano chip to overtake a person, altertheir DNA, and have them within the hive mind, as this is the mark of the BEAST.

@Stan Czyk Ah, I thought as much, but sadly I haven't read any of his letters my self. I know that he was a very very devout roman catholic and it show in his work. Earlier I found a lecture I saved for latter reading about the religious nature of his work and it had a quote from a letter of his to Father Robert Murray about The Lord of the Rings, "a fundamentally religious and Catholic work, unconsciously so at first, but consciously in the revision.". He was quite an interesting author, even converting an atheistic C. S. Lewis.

The main thing is to piece together the historic facts around this culture called atlantis , which we can presume is the greek name and likely not the original name of the culture. I hope one day I will complete my research to the extent that it will be able to justify an expedition to maurtania, south west algeria, and the regions where ancient water ways may have connected before the desertification of north africa.

Red, black and white native stone. The end is absolute Greek brilliance describing the genius of great government. The kings of the outlaying Atlantaen kingdoms gathering in the center of the caldera harbor of Atlantis for that cool ceremony. Right now the exact cause is still unknown. It could be both, as they are compatible. But what is in agreement is that there is strong evidence from Greenland ice core dating, etc. that a sudden rise in temperature caused all kinds of havoc on Earth and probably wiped out a previous civilization. wrong.
      wrong.
      your all wrong.
      well.. mostly.
please do your research accurately so that you can be.. CORRECT in the future.
(no disrespect but let's keep our assumptions down to pure research)
Plato's story came from one of his predecessors. they.. having traveled to Egypt.. got the story from the Egyptian priests. who made the claim of an ancient empire 9000 years prior to this time.
      "THIS" time.
9000 years prior to.. a century before Plato maybe two?
that takes us back to the end of the last ice age.
the time is important because it goes back to a prior time of a long-forgotten epoch. this is of course.. In comprehendible for people fooled by the timeline of the flood and all Biblical timelines all together.
the temples at Gobekli Tepe prove this. emphatically. and absolutely destroy the timeline of 4004 BCE being the age of Adam and Eve. it is true they may have been hunter gatherers. but it is false that they go back only 4004 BCE.
people forget that Adam lived as much as 930 years. all the old patriarchs lived for 10 times. the normal lifespan. skewing what we assume is a generation. a generation at that point may have been a century if not several.
this makes any timeline tied to the biblical Genesis completely irrelevant. sure you could follow Adams genealogy. but, Adam didn't exactly live 120 years. even if science tries to assume that he did.
educated guess? More like educated assumptions.
hardly. people are jumping the gun. giza was only found what in the 1800's?
there's still more buried underneath. their saying more possibly 90% more of the plateau. after more than a century? Proof that we still know nothing.
the problem is people don't READ correctly.
and assume the world map looked exactly the same in those days and 9000 years prior as it does today.
when there is geological proof that the continents themselves and the oceans shifted up and down throughout the Millennia.
esPECIALLY at the end of the last ice age. a potential cataclysm may have also caused a Shifting of continents and the sea levels.
      perhaps multiple cataclysms.
while scientists believe the Santorini volcano may be behind the Atlantis myth.
the time line I'm afraid does not fit.
why is it so hard to believe that it is exactly as Plato stated. WHERE he stated it was. because there's nothing in the Atlantic?
raise the sea levels flood parts of Africa. and all the sudden it becomes part of the Atlantic. beyond the pillars of Hercules? uh yeah.
you just have to picture what it would have looked like 9,000 years prior to when the story was first passed down.
in fact recently a very interesting site was observed in the area of Mauritania.
known locally as the eye of Africa. the site fits the EXACT dimensions of Plato's Atlantis.
and may be the Smoking Gun that people are looking for.
as I stated before the problem is the geology. if the geology and geography can be matched to Plato's exact descriptions. the mystery will be solved. it may not be the Canary Islands but that is interesting. interesting fact that the survivors may just HAVE escaped to the Canary Islands. with it possibly the only place nearby to take refuge.
...it's still the dawn of the next big find. Atlantis is still out there. we may just find in this lifetime

@@otherhalf228 Graham theory here. The evidence is indeed very probable.
I've spent some time on Google Earth - you can see a giant 'flood' moved through the ENTIRE region where all known recordings of the Great Flood took place.
You can see the Riochat Eye in Mauritania, and if you used Google Earth (not maps) you can see this place is elevated. There is a point on a ridge that I set the marker down on, and I imagined seeing below and to the horizon flood waters.
Please go look, explore the sands - the desert was made because of the flood waters. YOU CAN SEE IT, it's right there

Its seems like the only person who is really on the money with the Atlantis topic is Randall Carlson over at his podcast GeoCosmic REX channel/Kosmographia.He seems to be using a scientific approach alongside the original Plato dialogue, using scientific and geological data gathered in the early 1970's and earlier showing the facts that a group of islands just next to the Azores (exactly where Plato describes) which are now sunken seamounts were once ancient islands above sea level thousands of years ago matching up to the timeline of Plato's Atlantis story. The names of the seamounts are the Plato seamount, great meteor seamount and aptly named Atlantis seamount, and what is most startling is the fact that although the tops of these mountains have been sheered of over time they would have once pointed up ward looking just like Neptunes trident. After reading Timaeus and Critias a number of times and sticking exactly to the original Plato story the Azores region is the only most logical region for this sunken island. So its seems the story is thus-12'900 or 11'600 (someone will correct it) a great meteor(as described in the Plato story)( There is a story, which even you have preserved, that once upon a time Paethon, the son of Helios, having yoked the steeds in his father's chariot, because he was not able to drive them in the path of his father, burnt up all that was upon the earth, and was himself destroyed by a thunderbolt.) or whatever caused the rapid melting of the ice caps over North America and Europe.Due to the Gulf stream being a lot lower thousands of years ago the Azores was a warm region of islands well above sea levels, the onset of rising waters led them to attack(out of fear for survival) Europe and Greece (as in Plato) not long after the failed attack on Greece the isostatic rebound from all that crushing ice melting into the sea caused a massive earthquake along the Mid Atlantic ridge/tectonic plate causing the islands of Atlas/Atlantis to subside to a very great depth under the sea causing (as in the Plato story) a shoal of mud to make shipping in the Atlantic - un Navigable(But afterwards there occurred violent earthquakes and floods; and in a single day and night of misfortune (25d) all your warlike men in a body sank into the earth, and the island of Atlantis in like manner disappeared in the depths of the sea. For which reason the sea in those parts is impassable and impenetrable, because there is a shoal of mud in the way; and this was caused by the subsidence of the island.Any ships sailing out of the Mediterranian through the straits of herecles(Gibralter) would find the sea impassable for many years. The story of Atlantis became a myth so ancient and forgotten but we now know today using geology and science matched up with traditional story telling that the history of earth is the history of cataclysm.

These sort of contemporary mythical descriptions feel like the equivalent of fantasy literature of the ancient world. Idyllic landscapes filled with noble and radiant people and their achievements, great cities of splendour and mythical legends filled with fantastic beings, gods and impossible events.
People seem to have always longed for such fantastical worlds of fiction.
