Ah... i can now see the dynamics (if that's the right word) of a parabolic track. Thank you, Joey.

Again, I appreciate the individual breakdown. Putting into the perspective of someone whos been in the exact situation makes it a lot more informative and much easier to absorb the situations! I could watch these all day! Thanks again! 🙌🏼

Very good analysis Joey! and a very very interesting material for coaches and athletes.
It would be amazing if you add subtitles for the hundreds of skaters who don't speak English
    ;)

Fantastic break down. I really liked how you analysed each skater, not just the winner. I've often wondered why skating tracks are so short compared with running tracks? I guess its ingrained tradition now. Thanks for the video much appreciated

thanks! could be, 200 is a good length for parabolic, i think flat tracks should be much bigger

Would anyone help me and give me a recommendation where could I buy a profesional skates in Europe? Like those they use for the competitions. And is there a difference between long and short races, when it comes to choosing the appropriate pair? Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Maybe a silly question...can we say that speed skating on ice is the same as skating will roller skating ?

    • @JoeyMantiaOfficial

@@JoeyMantiaOfficial sorry instead of « will » it was « with » that I want to write 🙈 lol
Anyway, I’m curious to know in term of speed, is it the same on road and ice?
