So Kali Ma is neither good or bad, those ar elabels people created, she basically represents raw power and she is Mother Nature personified, she's scary because she is fierce and kills evil figures in Hindu mythos such as the demons Raktabeej, Chand and Mund. And some Hindus do believe people can turn in to her, since she is nature a part of her lives in everyone. Also many Shakta believe that women are all extensions of the Mother Goddess, so hey maybe every woman has a bit of Kali Ma in her?
