You don’t dream when under general anesthetic, it’s a common misconception.
It’s more like passing out or blacking out; you feel something that’s like a cross between falling asleep and passing out, then everything goes black and the next thing you know you’re awake and usually in pain, because you most likely had some kind of surgery. Afterwards you’ll feel kind of loopy, some say it’s like being drunk but I don’t know because I don’t drink, but it wears off pretty quickly.
One side effect I can definitely confirm is long term memory loss. I’ve been under many, many times and as a result almost all of my childhood memories are gone now, save for some traumatic or especially impactful memories.
I realize this is a bit of a moot point thanks to the ending (I watched the whole video 😉) but I thought some people might find this information interesting.
your co worker (who is a demon) was drugging you causing you to hallucinate will under anesthetic (or maybe something to do with her demon powers).
Wow I had no idea about the memory loss thing! I’m so sorry that happened to you. I’ve only been under a few times, but I don’t think I’ve had any memories lost *yet*. Although I guess I wouldn’t know anyways because that’s the point of memory loss. Thank you for learnin me a thing!
I’ve only been under once, and I’m young enough that the only long term memories I have I’ve forgotten because I was 8, also I just became really talkative after waking up
i think you're going a bit deep into a game with a semi-fantasy setting..
Same thing happened to me, I felt myself drifting off to sleep but didn't have any dreams,
It's exactly like those knockout transitions set in first person where they wake up later without a dream
This game definitely captures what having a bizarre nightmare is like, I'm not gonna lie.

You don't have to worry about that. TH-cam viewers in general seem to suffer from a "if I can't see it it doesn't exist" kind of issue, where they deduce that if someone doesn't make/appear in videos for a while they're dead.

Don't worry, that is simply a common misconception that happens from time to time. You might be saying that you have won, but right at this moment, your reflection-self is also telling me that they won. Thus, both this world and the Mirror World still remain in balance.

In the UK this game was featured in a saturday morning kids show, where kids would call into the show and control the game by saying what they wanted to do (like "go right", "pick up stick" etc...". (obviously with some unseen guy actually controlling the game).
this video TERRIFIED ME when I first saw it a few years ago. I was 11 or 12 at the time, and I've been too afraid to return to it since. I'll tell you my thoughts after watching it.

This was one of your best videos yet Peebs. Your comedic timing was good, you didn't drag on any jokes too long, the call back to Smiley Man was fun, and the between-gameplay skits were hilarious and well edited. Your old videos were good already, but you're on your way to "best of youtube" at this rate. Do you have something to prove to those other Normal Boots boys or something?
