Not really my thing, but the kettle has been very nicely restored.. and once Dave has gone through it it should run and ride to match !.. Much prefer that bronze colour (orange ?..) to the dark pink colour that everybody else seems to paint restored kettles !..
@@jjrider6758 I used to get Classic Motorcycle magazine on subscription for a number of years. The GT750 was a well respected model. The first model, J, if I recall correctly also had a 4 leading shoe front drum, that was ‘Interesting’ to set up. lol. Came in that candy pink.
The condition of the forks and master cylinder doesn't inspire much confidence in the rest of the bike. the winner should ask Dave very nicely to take the heads and barrel off.
That' a stunning kettle, the winner will be over the moon, I know I would be!
It’s nice to see the CCC get the bikes checked over and Dave doing this means it’s done correctly!
I just love the GT 750 .
A thorough job done there as always and a great looking bike
Never assume, rule 1 😀😀😀😀👍👍
Now that Big D has worked his magic on this bike, I may just buy a ticket...
So much more grown up than my 71 H1 500..

I believe the reason for that, is the pink colour was on the first model & therefore the most desirable amongst collectors.
@@martinowl I'm no expert on Japanese classics by any stretch of the imagination but I think you're right..

I had 2 of them absolute rubbish.
They have a bad "drinking" habit for sure.
