The AVSS for windows 10 will not display correctly can not find any fix for this problem. Will return to amazon, no reason to install if they won't even work on the desk .

How do I keep my display monitor screen to show 4 cameras view. It keeps defaulting to 9 cameras display boxes. So I see 5 blank/black boxes along with my 4 cameras on my monitor.

It may be that you did not select the correct number of channels when you added the device, you can go to "Edit Device" to select the correct number of channels.

If both the dvr and my smartphone are connected to the same internet network, the zosi app works fine and I can manage the system from my smartphone. If my smartphone is connected to another wifi network or to mobile data traffic, the zosi app cannot connect with the dvr. How to fix this situation?

I have added my zr16jk20 on the avss app but when I click to preview one of the channels, the screen where the camera should be just goes green. It does this on all the channels. I have rebooted the dvr but I still get the result. What should I do to fix this?

AVSS does not start correctly. I log in and then it shows only the four black boxes for the cameras. The user interface is invisible. I can still click on buttons. I cannot see them, though. If you can't login the DVR/NVR system on monitor/tv, please send the device's ID and model number to us. Please reboot the recorder, go to DVR/NVR's Main Menu--Set up>Basic>Date and time> to open Sync Time with NTP Server. Then click "Update Now" option to check if you can get a successful message. After you get it, please login the app to check.

Its apparent your cameras only work with your DVR's. after hours of attempts with no avail it is being sent back. I have 8 cameras from 4 different manufactures and this is the only one that took over 5 mins to configure with ispy

Did you input the right password when you add the device? This password refers to your DVR/NVR's password, not your login password.

Doesn't help much... Search device shows nothing, device says it is connected, add device by ID says "Offline" gives Error: 0 No process
