As to your question about what the cleaner does I believe it creates microscopic bubbles on the surface of your parts and when the bubbles explode at high temps it knocks the debris off of your parts
Have you, or could you, measure the actual Wattage of your ultrasonic cleaner. My cleaner is listed as 180 watts for the ultrasonic transducers. When I measure it with a Kill-a-Watt meter using only the ultrasonic function of the cleaner, it measures between 110 and 135 watts. I would be interested in knowing what your model is rated as and the actual power consumption. You posted a great video and I appreciate the information you provided.
You should dilute considerably with distilled water. The one thing to make sure just like with simple green, whether the cleaner is aluminum friendly. The simple green purple one is. Perhaps the ZEP one is too. Again, no need to use full strength. These are great cleaners even in 1:3 to 1:10 ratios.
Cool video! Purple Zep is amazing stuff. You might be able to find concentrate of it in a gallon jug for not much more than a bottle of spray
Thanks we appreciate it. We will have to look into that
Thanks
Aren’t they sold all full strength and dilutable even if they come in the spray bottles?
I bought one yesterday and will be cleaning some parts this week
We love it! They are really good
I’m gonna get that same ultrasonic cleaner. The one I have is very small. Great video guys!
Thanks my friend

Just make sure whatever cleaner you use that it is not corrosive to the type of metal you are cleaning.
Great video!
Thank you we appreciate it
