Krishna, I'm glad that you have gotten a chance to listen to "Bestie". This song is beautiful, in many ways, and angelic. If this is what heaven looks and sounds like, I need to be much nicer! The Maids all look like angels, especially Kanami with her gossamer lace "wings". She takes us soaring into the heavens with her guitar solo! I would like you to comment on both Miku's and Saiki's hairdos. They are both so becoming!!!!! Miku wrote the lyrics as a heartfelt tribute to her bandmates, her "besties". After ten years of touring together, they have become more like sisters. The music would be a great background for a photo collage of freindships.
This is a beautiful celebration of LOVE. This is a celebration of today. Because today is precious beyond measure. Because they'll be a day when there is no BandMaid. No tour bus trips or rehersal band camps. No more omanje time. All things pass. What they have created will remain. But their friendship will eventually end. And that is why this song is important. This is a testament to a place and time of magical creativity and deep friendship. BandMaid don't do shows they offer servings. How have BandMaid affected you? For me I was alone on Christmas when I watched their acoustic concert. It was grieving the death of my best friend, my aunt and my father. There had been riots in my neighborhood due to hate and injustice. My world had been turned upside down. Through the generosity of a youtube friend I was able to experience that concert. It was a point of hope and light to me. My point is take this song for what it is. It is a beautiful celebration of friendship. A celebration of right now and a miracle of a band.
Saiki's vocals on that held note when the guitar solo starts is incredible.

Miku's sweet words say it all. "The best things are always in your heart."
