I loved the fermentation section! I recently moved in to a small studio apartment and I don't have much freezer space. So this is a great way to preserve my food. Always looking for ways to adapt the principles to city life.
Thanks Jason, Louisa, and Abel for another great video! Regarding the poly tunnels, I do have a few questions for Abel. The weather where I live is also very unpredictable and I would love to have a poly tunnel (and the space for one) to help extend my growing season. What do you see as the biggest challenges in having the poly tunnel? Is clearing snow from it an issue? What do you have on place to keep it adequately ventilated? Thanks again!
