Top of the morning brotha! 😎👍 Thanks you for waking up with me this morning for some catfishing! Kindly appreciate ya support and likewise brotha, God bless you and your family!! 🙏🏽🤛👊💥🎣
Do you notice a big difference between frozen & fresh cut bait? I can't catch anything on frozen bait. Nice bullhead. everyone tells me to use live bullheads for Flatheads.
Yesssurrr, I’ve been stocking up them lately, planning on going back down to the river this fall season. Hoping to find some hungry fall flatheads! Thanks you for watching bud, genuinely appreciate ya support and encouragement! Thanks again for watching!! 🤛👊💥🎣😎
Good morning young man have you tried chicken breast you can go wrong using chicken and shad two of the best catfish baits I’ve found keep them lines tight
Thanks Tim, appreciate ya watching bud and that’s also a good rig to use! I normally use the Carolina rig when I want the most natural presentation of my bait! It’s simple but really effective! 👍 You should give the 3-way or Santee Cooper rig a try, you’d be surprised at the results! 😎
Santee Cooper is where its at!!! I use 3 way break-away or helicopter rigs sometimes usually in current, but my go to is the Santee. I use those circle ring clips to anchor my sinker to the swivel to get better casting distance, instead of using the sinker slide that is. Love the vids man keep it up, watching from Joplin Mo, I have a Ks. license and go over to the Baxter and Riverton spillways sometimes, good times!!!
Another year and it’s early Fall again. I’ve loaded my bait cooler and warm clothes. Got a 23” channel yesterday That’s motivation to burn a couple gallons of overpriced California gas and give it another try. Having my morning coffee. Some tasty snacks and I’m on my way Clear skies today, I got to the river as the rain let up. Let’s see what happens.
I like to use the carolina rig, and the santee cooper rig. Never used the 3 way rig I think I will give it a try great informative video.Tight lines!!!
Thanks Patrick, appreciate ya watching bud and that’s awesome man! Glad my video was helpful and good luck on your next fishing trip! Hope you catch somethin on that 3 way, it’s definitely a great rig to use in any situation! Likewise bud, tight lines! 🎣🤛👊💥😎
Yesssssuurrr!! Glad to see you back at it again man!! Been waiting to get that notification from another fire 🔥 vid… haven’t tried the santee cooper rig before but after this I’m have to gone give it a try. Tight lines brother 💪🏾
Hey hey bait bomber!! Another awesome video. Thank you for showing us how to tie the Santee Cooper rig. Do you ever loosen the drag and let bait float with the current? I tried a peg float on my 3 way rig today. It kept twisting up. I must have had it positioned incorrectly. I don't usually use a float on my 3 way. Would you please show us how to position it on the rig the right way. Thanks millions. 👍🏾👍🏾
I always enjoy watching in my downtime. I look at them lakes (the ones you fish sometimes that are off the highway) every-time I roll by just to see if you are there having fun. Keep Slinging them Baits!
Good morning, bro. I'm just wondering about your three way setup. Why don't you put the peg float on the leader line going to the hook, instead of the main line? Is there a reason you do it the way you do? I'm always willing to learn something new.
Top of the morning bro! Appreciate ya waking up with me this morning for some catfishing! To answer your question, I just prefer to use it on my main line, so it doesn’t move down pass my swivel. You can definitely put the peg float on the leader line but it could potentially slide down and tangle up the rig. Idk maybe something you’ll just have to experiment with but I’m sure it works that way also! Thanks for watching bro, genuinely appreciate ya support!! 🤛👊💥🎣
Good Morning...we went fishin today too and caught a cat about the same as the first one. Good to see you at it again. Love your tips and how you explain your set up. Tight lines!!!
Love the vids...keep it up! Tip: if you ever need an emergency stringer too keep a fish like that bullhead...i noticed you had a roll of line...just cut a long piece off...tie on a hook...hook em in the lip like usual and tie it off to something and BINGO...instant stringer! Not perfect but it works. Then you can even tie a loop on the other end to carry it by if ya want.
Great video. Tight lines

I believe the three way that I use is called a crane swivel
Yesssurrr those also work well for 3-way swivels!
The knotless knot is reliable. Never had one fail.
What's good bro! Much love from Baltimore! After seeing you with the Santee I have been using it myself.

That bullhead is killer flathead candy. I'd have thrown him on and thrown it back out. Good job tight lines and keep it up

Do you use punch or dip baits?
Since you got the weight on a slider, won't the bait float to the top of the water? Or will it stay down?
Nice vid bro where are you at I'm in NC i only fish that Carolina rig for cats to mine is more like your Santee rig
I'm learning so much from you, thank you

Good morning young man have you tried chicken breast you can go wrong using chicken and shad two of the best catfish baits I’ve found keep them lines tight

Thanks Tim, appreciate ya watching bud and that’s also a good rig to use! I normally use the Carolina rig when I want the most natural presentation of my bait! It’s simple but really effective! 👍 You should give the 3-way or Santee Cooper rig a try, you’d be surprised at the results! 😎
