The Movie is an absolute masterpiece! Brando is the Goat. But this trailer… maybe the greatest trailer I have ever seen. Goosebumps all over my body. I never wanted to watch a movie this bad like One Eyed Jacks after these 2 mins of pure joy!

The movie is remarkable. My late dad told me about it a few decades ago. I saw it back then and was very impressed. One of Brando's best.

Came across this great movie on a random Freeview channel last week, never seen it before & was truly impressed by both the acting & cinematography. Can’t recall ever seeing a Western that featured spectacular coastal scenes with beautiful crashing waves!

As per usual, Brando LOOKS cooler than the other side of the pillow! At the same time, (while I have only seen the trailer) I could barely understand anything he was saying in the above clips.
What is this doing with the Universal Pictures Logo..? I first viewed OEJ in 1961, the film was made by Pennebaker Productions and distributed by Paramount Pictures. Has all rights been acquired by Universal..???
Was the original film this intense? I know this is a trailer simulacrum and what trailers are designed to engender but it's too intense.

Great movie, not your average western that's for sure, i think Clint Eastwoods Ungorgiven was based loosely on this film, even that title persononafies one Eyed Jacks better than this title, around that time there was another film named Unforgiven ,so i guess that title was already in use so to speak, the acting was top notch ,watching Marlon stewing in his revenge plans was very believable,

i don´t like it, the music choice and effects take you off from the whole style of the film.
Ugh, why breathe life by inserting music inappropriate to the film or the genre, for that matter?
It was nice until the modern music came in and blew it. I was entranced into that time, then brought right back to the current time by the music. crap.
