I don’t know if your a Indian kid or not but even for me when I lived in the west I only got my PS3 in 2013, I played PC games on a potato laptop for 5 years barely scratching 47 games, but now since I bought my own gaming PC since last March I’m up to 88 games I believe! Yes I am Indian btw,.
You're not missing anything, video games have a horrible track record at this point where very few games are done at launch while the rest aren't even close to being finished
I’m surprised how informative you are when it comes to games and such. I didn’t expect an Indian vlog channel to be familiar with games let alone pirated game ROMS and modified consoles 😂
@Kushagra yup respect what you have, your parents bought it for you with their hard earned money. We kids dont realize the sacrifices they make for fulfilling our foolish wishes.
Ya it's true , I am proud for whatever I have , even this old Moto G 4 of 2014 😃. My parents bought it with their hardwork so I also convince myself that I will buy my wishes too with my hard-earned money
In my opinion buying a console is more affordable. 40k is not that big people buy premium smartphones are increased drastically throughout the year. The only problem is we need to pay gaming discs or buy online. To play. This is too much for an middle class indian to afford every time they want newly launched game it's not cheap for every single game is around in 3 to 7k.
Respect to you Karl, I have seen other people go to places like this and look down on the locals. The way you do your job with all of them surrounding you, fair play to you. Total respect for you
just realized how fortunate i am. as a teenager living in india with a playstation 4 and a ton of games. i even have a gaming laptop and i dont pirate games (i buy them through steam or other game stores).
Yeah exactly, and a PC which is built with almost the same budget as a console can play some decent games with good enough graphics and you can do so much more like watch movies or work or do school work.
@@PlatinumState You also have to consider that most people in India are generally (from what I've gathered) lower class citizens to middle class. They don't make a lot of money and a gaming console is probably considered more towards a luxury item. Brasil 🤝 India. We are very much alike in the gaming market. Console prices in Brazil are skyhigh because both of them come imported, both sony and microsft had factories installed here in the ps4 and xbox one era, but they're closed now. In Brazil most people are still playing on the PS2, PS3 and Xbox 360, and even older, all jailbroken I might add, as piracy have made it much more accessible for people with a lower income. Minimum wage in Brazil is R$1300/per month and a brand new PS5 or Xbox Series X will cost you around R$4500 each, besides the price of games, which on release is around R$300-350. Gaming on the current gen is a upper middle class/rich people hobbie.
@@a.d.sstudioanimation6438 probably because having assembling down here does not make a huge difference in price, and the people that were buying it would also buy the consoles if they were a tad more expensive. So why maintain an assembly line for a product you can bring imported right. (the costs of assembling here didnt make much of a difference because all the parts had to be imported anyway) my guess tho

How is it not a legit form of entertainment though? What is, if not gaming?
@@PlatinumState People can play on their pc. So why would they go an extra mile to buy an overpriced console?
Yeah exactly, and a PC which is built with almost the same budget as a console can play some decent games with good enough graphics and you can do so much more like watch movies or work or do school work.
@@PlatinumState You also have to consider that most people in India are generally (from what I've gathered) lower class citizens to middle class.
Why were they closed?
@@a.d.sstudioanimation6438 probably because having assembling down here does not make a huge difference in price, and the people that were buying it would also buy the consoles if they were a tad more expensive. So why maintain an assembly line for a product you can bring imported right.
