I have been going through the books "The monsters know what they are doing" and "Moar! monsters know what they are doing" fantasticly helpful in thinking through the stat blocks and tactics. Also chewie died to a moon falling on him, we can too now

I use the Tomb of Titans book quite a bit to set the boss. Its excellent.

The TTRPG Kult has tables of monster behaviors within the stat blocks for the creatures. Usually the tables are based on triggers. If the monster is at less than 50% HP it does this…if a player casts a spell, it can do this…it’s behavior becomes more reckless the more wounded it gets…etc.

Honestly, I’d be more than happy to purchase the book after it’s finished and printed, but I’ve been burned on too many kickstarters over the past few years. Things taking 2-3x as long to ship, little to no communication on when items ship at all, and waiting literal years for the product I purchased just doesn’t work for me anymore. Hopefully we can see a review of the final book when it’s finished.

This looks cool but I'm pretty done backing books that aren't further ahead. Waiting a year for a book, often stores getting it at the same time or even sooner than backers, and having to even pay more due to shipping than the msrp all makes physical books kickstarts just a bad deal.
