Also, the Elephant Issues episode being banned because of the One Beer segment is now false. This is because the episode was never actually banned to begin with, as the episode did re-air a few times on various networks.

Also, judging by a press release and the theme, Elmyra's in the reboot and Cree's voicing her.
I had that talking Buster plushie as a kid. My mom says I took it everywhere with me and never put him down.
One of the best episodes in this show was when Plucky flooded his entire bathroom after flushing random objects down the toilet.
I actually felt shocked about how Tress Macnielle dealt with that one furry. That could explain why she doesn't have any social media accounts
The one thing I learned is that you never do this: carry around a secret agenda up your sleeve. Very well that's just exactly/precisely, what the Batman TV series casting director William P. Fifi have a lot of traits that are considered "hot" for a character. French accent(Wich is considered the most "romantic" and "sexy" accent), purple color(that manny associates with erotism too), that bang covering her eyes(Wich is also a cliche of "sexy girls" on media) and that overall flirty personality that could be both submissive and dominant. Thats why she had so manny 90s boys having a crush on her... She is pretty much a recype for that. We also can consider the fact that she is a "smelly animal" part of the appeal for some fetishists that have a thing for unpleasant odors.
The reason Fifi is so popular is because, unlike most women nowadays, Fifi is *charming.*

The Tiny Toon costume characters also showed up in multiple Warner Bros. Studio Store grand openings. It is possible they appeared in other places, too.
Another theory for me to consider is that Tiny Toons may have also had actual PSAs. Despite the show being a massive hit, PSAs with 90s cartoons are obsolete and rare to find nowadays and is not well remembered. Daffy Duck, in Canada (also in the USA), had a PSA about wildlife protection in the 1990s.
There was always a joke entry subtly included in the final credits. It takes an eagle eye to spot those jokes. They are as purloined letters, hidden in plain sight generally unnoticed.

Does anyone know which of the creative staff, from Steven on down, so favored Elmyra? She was in more episodes than I could stand, she cameo'd in Animaniacs just to give them 'a taste of their own medicine' episode, and then, P, E & B. Someone behind the scenes had to think well of her, because I've never found a fan of hers.

I believe Deanna Oliver tended to use her a lot in her scripts for the show, but I don’t know if it was her choice to put her in “Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain”.

I spoke to a person at WB in that era named Kirk Tingblad who admitted.... ironically, that the Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain theme told the truth. The show was a replacement for what was supposed to be the final season of Pinky and The Brain, and was mandated by WB after an executive talked to an employee of the Warner Bros. Studio Stores of that time who said she loved Elmyra and wanted her paired with Pinky and The Brain.

The beer episode was of course ludicrous, because it used to be fairly common for parents to give really young kids a juice glass of beer to eliminate the mystery. (And to see if the kid had rare alcoholic tendencies.) In the rare case that the kid didn't despise the taste, and also wasn't a budding alcoholic obsessed with it, kids could continue to drink small.amounts of beer at family holiday dinners. Same thing with wine. And whisky was a home remedy in many families.
Which was why drinking beer was not of much teenage interest back then, much less something that younger kids did.
And of course, in colonial/pioneer times, everybody drank small beer, not long after being weaned. They weren't drunks, but it was healthier than European city water at the time.
It helps the bookends to the cartoon are probably the best explanation for it existing. There was likely a push to do a Very Special episode from the network, and Buster (probably mouthpieceing) roasts the hell out of the idea at the start and end. It just that in the pre-animaniacs days it was rare for them to be THAT openly snarky about network mandates.

It’s worth mentioning that aside from Scary Dreams, there was also a second TTA GBA game called Wacky Stackers, that actually DID have a wide release in America and isn’t anywhere near as expensive as a result.
As a Montana Max fan, I completely agree on the fact on why Fifi is loved by many fans. And there is too much art for her that is not appropriate.
As much I find Montana Max a great villian and a great character, he wasn't one of my favorite characters from the show. But I also agree that I prefer him or any other character than Fifi La Fume.

I loved Fifi as a kid, i thought she was really cute and liked her story in the vacation movie, it what made me adore her as a kid, i love her more when she booted the guy to the curve literally XD

I know it was just trying to teach a lesson, I just personally thought that the whole topic felt out of place for Tiny Toons. I also remembered the segment not being all that funny, which didn't help.

Online sites like Amazon do have them for sale, ebay too. In terms of retail, I bought the first 3 volumes at Half Price Books. I did recall seeing the first 2 volumes at Walmart, but I'm not sure if they still sell them.

in 90s a friend made TTA a RPG which i have to this day, with TTL coming out i m trying to reconcile voice actors dying or leaving or actors w new voices or no elmyra, im thinking TTL might be a stand alone or built ito TTA , and object is find out why Joe and jane died, elmyra is missing as well as charlie and ress missing, like a game of clue in a way
This is just in my opinion, but for Animaniacs I think it was at least one of the best and the ones you listed that would rival it did not really rival it for me. However Tiny Toon adventures was super good to. To be honest I don’t know how to react on the side of the departure of Alasky and Adler.
The people behind the show were the original furries... They deliberately sexualized animals in both Tiny Toons and Animaniacs and the impact that it had on the kids was exactly what they wanted.
There's nothing wrong with Fifi La Fume. She may share some of the traits that Pepé Le Pew has and she maybe love aggressive, but she's still a good character and it's okay that she's loved by lots of fans. I would never criticize on her, and she's sure to return in the upcoming Tiny Toons reboot, just wait and see.

My thoughts on this video and some of its topics:
* I personally feel that Fifi La Fume is the most overrated Tiny Toon Adventures character. One of the reasons for it is that she tends to steal the fandom's attention away from the show's memorable humor and writing, as well as most of the show's main cast in a large majority of fanworks. She also shares many of her mentor, Pepe Le Pew's less-than-admirable traits, like being a stalker with a crush and not taking "No" for an answer. Since Pepe Le Pew has been cut from Space Jam: A New Legacy and future Looney Tunes projects thanks to the Cancel Culture viewing him as a sexual predator, I wouldn't be surprised (but also none too upset) over Fifi joining Elmyra in being excluded from the Tiny Toons Looniversity reboot.
* One of my favorite aspects about "Elephant Issues" is that several of its characters can be seen in my favorite Tiny Toon Adventures video game, Buster's Hidden Treasure; the TV Monster (from "Why Dizzy Can't Read") is an enemy in the factory levels, and S.N.I.D.E. (from C.L.I.D.E. and Prejudice) is the game's final boss, being the Tiny Toons equivalent of the Death Egg Robot from Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
* I have no plans to play any of the Tiny Toon Adventures PS1 games. I have a big vendetta against Playstation consoles for causing Sega to leave the console wars in 2001, relying way too heavily on third-party support, and having a button scheme that's completely different from every other major console on the market. Also, from what I heard, none of those games are particularly good.
* In my opinion, the Happy Birthday Happy Meal from 1994 was McDonald's' greatest promotion ever. I still have some of the toys from my childhood, including the Ronald McDonald engine, the Sonic TV set, and the Snoopy pipe organ.
* In "Toons From the Crypt", Buster (then still played by Charlie Adler) parodied the Cryptkeeper, and ironically, Buster ended up being voiced by the Cryptkeeper himself after Adler's departure.
* I was the one who suggested the "Hi, Spirits" topic.
Agreed, she even is more focused on than other characters. I really love Montana Max, and he’s my most favorite character. I focus mainly on him very often, unlike other fans of the TTA show.

What I've previously done before is that; I've referred Fifi La Fume, Shirley the loon, and Babs bunny to the Alley Oop Ooola. As a matter of fact, I've already seen quite a few deviantarts that shows it. These 3 characters are depicted as 10,000 BC Moovian cave girls.
There was a scene in Batman the animated series in the episode Nothing To Fear; where a security guard is reading a tiny toon adventures comic book.

10:34 A few of the VHS tapes were released on the popular-in-Asia VCD format and I've got 'Night Ghoulery' as a Philippines issued disc and most DVD players can do VCD as well. . Wonder if it's rare or valuable now? I've no idea why they didn't put 'Night Ghoulery' and 'SBS' on a DVD when they did the seasons a few years back? Though they seemed to throw out Seasons 3 & 4 as an afterthought with those daft titles.

So u didnt get to watch "one beer". Or you're just going off memory from seeing it ages ago. You say there's no evidence in the episode to prove it's satire when buster says the whole point of the episode is to depict the evils of alcohol. Its basically a PSA. At the end he says he hopes kids at home get the message. Its extremely overt and announces its just trying to teach kids and shouldn't be considered a proper episode. the whole elephant issues episode was shorts about big issues for kids.
Its why the episode gets progressively worse. First theyre getting sick, they start to smell, girls dont like them, then they steal a car, drive off a cliff and die. And it got banned for depicting minors doing all this. Not just because it was so bad.
To be honest, it was probably from memory. I didn't know what I was thinking with what I said in that entry. Maybe if I ever decide to update the iceberg, I'll actually rewatch the segment this time.
I'd love to know why Elmyra isn't gonna be in the reboot I actually like her.

Fifi is a big deal because (other than being a stealth ad for Nintendo SNES) she is quite simply, a romantic. She is elegant and beautiful while living a poor life in a poor car (her house). But, most importantly, she outshines her source, Pepe Le Pew which is why she is really the star.
