Mattifying and hydrating are two completely different things. You can have a cream that's extremely hydrating but matte and another one that's drying but shiny. I'm looking for a sunscreen that's as matte as possible even if my skin is not oily. Because I'm a guy and I don't want to look as greasy as girls like to look in recent years.

The Hada Labo UV gel is good for humid days! I am oily/combi and I prefer it more than the mattifying waterproof Japanese sunscreens.
