    Amazing video quality. As a P226 owner this the best gun cleaning video i have seen. Can you please share what are the cleaning products you used?

    Wonderful video.As a legion SAO owner, I found this relaxing yet riviting. The tension a d curiosity built as you were brushing out the fron sight dovetail, my OCD was abiut ready to snap... was certain you were going to leave a few grains of sand in there. But you resolved it nicely (minus a dust spec). Bravo.

    Nice video, the CLP and then extreme dry cleaner work great. I would have disassembled the firearm completely though. There is likely a lot of corrosion internal to the upper and frame. The firing pin, safety lever and spring, extractor, etc. all should be removed. The locking block seen as part of the cleaning of the lower likely has a ton of corrosion on its sides and beneath it as does the trigger bar, hammer, sear, safety lever, etc. What was cleaned was fantastic but its only about 20% done. Great video though.

    That was awesome.
    Product guess:
    Rem oil for cleaning with (wire brush or nylon)
    Break cleaner for cleaning oil.
    Couple of q-tips
    Barrel brush
    Cotton swabs
    And final not shown lube of choice in the right places.
    How did I do?
    Btw subbed

      Not bad! You got the basic process down. As for the products unfortunately no cigar (-;

      Folks watching videos like this would like to know what products were used. Maybe have a pic showing all products at the beginning of the videos, and list them in the description.

    I like the video. However, you didn’t cover lubing the pistol. Using the degreaser really strips all protection from the gun. I’m sure you must have lubed it later, but some people may not just by watching the video. Keep the videos coming!

      I watched the video three more times. All I see is spraying a bunch of something in one area. Not exactly proper lubrication. I just don’t get the idea of filming it like this. The rest of the video is awesome. Lubrication needs some rethinking.

    • @TheCleaner9mm
      @TheCleaner9mm  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have to say you are right! I should've shown this in a much clearer way. Thanks for pointing it out I will definitely take it into consideration for my next videos. A few lubrication clips got lost during the editing i guess (-:

      @@stevengao8345
      Cleaner is Carbon Remover by BoreTech (USA)
      Degreaser is Power clean By Motorex (Swiss company)
      Lubricant is either Neoval oil (Swiss) or Flunatec Ceramic Gun Coating (Austria) depending on the gun
      Thanks for watching!

    Really good production quality. I guess I don't understand the oxidation. The patterns are odd - for example, the oxidation on the grips? How is the oxidation on the metal areas cleared without any residual scarring of the metal? It seems to just wash off. Additionally, if the external areas are so oxidized, why wasn't the upper and lower broken down past a field strip in order to address any internal oxidation?

    • @TheCleaner9mm
      @TheCleaner9mm  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s sand

    • @kramerbaretta6383
      @kramerbaretta6383 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Gee, must have missed the fact that it was sand. Interesting way to clean sand I guess. I would just break it all down and rinse it - internals too.
