    The beginning of lecture
    a site was mentioned that
    would be very helpful to
    use as a searching mode.
    Could you repeat that
    information. Could not
    understand very well.
    Audio wasn’t super clear.
    Appreciate it.

Hi, We’d lived in a rent stabilized
    apartment for over 25 years
in Brooklyn,ny. My wife and I
are seniors. I am a disabled
    military veteran.
If we decided to move to a
    different rent stabilized apartment
in the building. Will that effect our
    rent stabilization status?
    If so how?
    Thank you

Was that something you and your wife requested or did your landlord ask for your apartment to rent out to HIS family or HIMSELF? In my understanding, if HE asked, he's not supposed to ask any tenants in one or more of the following categories - (a) living in the same apartment for 15 years or longer or (b) is over age 62 or (c) is disabled. 1, landlord did not request apartment
      to move anyone in.
Also I’ve been a building super
      here since 1990. I get a lease
each 1 or 2 years whichever
      i choose. The building
      is rent stabilized 12 units.

Sorry just saw your post. No ll did not ask. If was just us asking for an apartment on a lower level because I’m in a wheelchair. Just a thought.
      Thank you @@SocialAlexNYC
