Heard my spirit guide once, when I was in the depths of despair (divorce, losing family etc...) In my right ear I heard a very comforting male voice say "Don't worry, everything will turn out ok." Clear as day, hand on heart. I'm not a imaginative person, but this felt so real, and instantly calmed me down. Thank you spirit guide! Haven't heard anything since, but definitely believe after that experience.
I had something similar and it told me, It's going to be ok. I've heard this happen to others since, so I didn't make it up either. Time does soften the pain and we carry in, but I'm grateful I was helped at that moment in my despair.

That night I said: If I do have a spirit guide, what is your name? The work Athens immediately came to my mind. I then said Okay, if your name is Athens, then I need reassurance of that. Then on the TV as I was flipping thru the channels, I stopped on a channel (no idea what now) the first thing said was Athens. The following morning on the way to the Psychic show, I stopped to pick up the newspaper. The front page, large and bold was the word ATHENS. I said, okay Athen, you are my spirit guide, At the show, there was a women taking aura photos. I decided to have one. WELL, as soon as she took mine, she turned to me and said, either your Guide or your Angel is in the picture with you. White as snow on my left side was a bust, head and shoulders. I was beyond humbled and have talked to Athens ever since. He's helped me and guided me ever since. (and before, just didn't know it back then)

I can't imagine it being very few perks. More inconvenience yes, perks... depending on his personality which seems like he's got the perfect one for this. I heard my spirit guide many years ago. In my teens. I asked a few times one night for my guide to say my name so that I knew I really had a spirit guide. I laid there for about 10 minutes and nothing. So I rolled over and closed my eyes. I was almost asleep when I hear my name. My eyes open quick and I was so excited. The voice was inside my head, but I actually heard ot as though with my own ears. There was a very very light vibration with it. Lightly vibrated the inside of my head. I should of kept on trying to communicated. Also it was high pitched like a chip monk which I thought was weird, but after that I read in a book a psychic wrote that your guide can sound like a chip monk because they are on a higher frequency. I was so excited to know there is such thing as a Spirit Guide.
I met my spirit guide, when I had an out of body experience, and I noticed that he was a little bit upset with me, because of the tone of his voice he said “ what are you doing here? What do you need? You haven’t done your mission “ he continued talking but I couldn’t hear anything more because it was very noisy over there, so he opened a portal and I came back to my body through that portal. About 5 years ago I was dusting my daughter's house and her husband had a decoration made of sharp knives in a round circle so very carefully I was dusting it well it slipped and I took both my hands to clutch it to my chest and I looked down thinking ok I am going to die because knives went into my chest but right when i was going to catch i heard ( Catch it Now Mary ) it had to be my spirit guide I let my daughter know you guys put that up high so a child does not die I love listening to you Matt many blessings to you and your beautiful family 💐💐💐
My spirit guide, guided me through a whole new career something I thought I could never do, then I moved house and found my dream job that I didn't think I was good enough for, but then the option to change my career was literally put in front of me, I felt something pushing me into it, now three years in, I wouldn't look back. Things don't just happen, they happen for a reason, now if that isn't something watching over you, I don't know what else it could be. Remember, that's my belief, and my experience, just sharing.

I don't feel like I've ever had a spirit guide. From the time I was born (I"m 60+), I swore I was switched at birth. I was nothing like my mom, nor my sister. In fact, we don't even favor in any way. I always felt sorry for my dad as well, he was a good person. I used to sit as a child and wonder where my real family was because the one I was a part of was not normal. It caught my ear when you said you don't usually drink because you're a medium! I don't drink either but noticed when I used to, I would get premonitions. It would terrify my boyfriend because if I got drunk, I would walk right up to him and answer his questions before he would ask them. It was like telepathy. It happens occasionally when I'm sober too but when I was drinking, it was a lot more frequent.
@@kristieshanahan3746 I think that's why a lot of great artists are known to have indulged in alcohol or other substances. I don't think substances so much alter your mind as much as they turn off certain neurological wiring and inhibitions to help you perceive what is already present and surrounding us. That might sound kinda creepy but, to go along with what Matt says, spirits are around us all the time. It's just a matter of if our minds and souls are open to seeing and communicating with them. That includes souls within the living. We're probably all capable of telepathy to a certain extent but something in our brains prevent us from easily accessing it.
Lol, I've had that happen too! When I was at a friend from works party I didn't know anyone but her, so I had a couple of glasses of wine to relax a little, later that evening we were all sitting on the floor in a circle and I saw these two guys directly across from me and I got this message for them about some kind of business they would be starting. The embarrassing part was I forgot all about it, but they didn't and ask my friend if they could talk to me more, and I had to say it's something I really have no control over. After a drink or two it might happen but I certainly can't count on it.
I have been married once and engaged twice after. 2 relationships were over 14 years. The other relationship was 2 years, and I swear he was my soulmate. I been single 4 years now. Breaking up with him was the hardest thing ever. I couldn’t handle his addictions. I know I can’t ever be with him again ( my choice) but I still love him very much. No other man that’s been in my life romantically can ever make me feel the way I did with him.😢
I think of our guardian angels more like recorders of our lives and who intervene in serious situations. The spirit guide seems more of a cheerleader. I also think we can get more angels and guides throughout our lives depending on what we go through.
My daughter passed away last year, and her passing made me more spiritual than religion ever taught me. My heart is broken, but feel very close to her even though she is not here on earth.

He has given me what most people wouldn’t put up with. My life, since birth, has been ……… challenging, to say the least. My humor has really gotten me through. I laugh at everything. It’s really the only way to get through this thing called life. My spirit guide has had a HUGE undertaking with me. I 100% understand what ur saying 😢 my husband and I were so perfect for one another. We uses to talk about how God brought us together. Bc of how everything we went in life molded us for each other. I'm like 99% certain he was my soulmate. He passed in April. And I'm so so lost. He's home now & literally perfect; he just hasn't fully accepted his crossing. Or the psychic's info is now out of date, probably. I think it took my father a couple weeks after he passed to let go.
I believe I have more than one spirit guide. I believe there are different ones that specialize in certain experiences that we are going experiencing in our life’s journey. When I meditate, I call on my spirit guides to guide and protect me through the meditation and they show up! I can feel a spirit guide touching my aura at the top of my head. My mom and Christmas time did that too. I sensed her energy and acknowledged her being there. I have found I have a lot of helpers. It’s a beautiful thing.

So sorry you are experiencing some real challenges, life can be tough,but it really is true you are never alone. Sometimes in our more challenging moments we are looking for someone outside ourselves to make us feel we are of value, but in order for that to happen you have to learn how to be your own best friend. Like Matt has also shared, your guides are always wanting to help, but you must ask them directly, I've found this works very well. I'm new too & I've learned that we can 'hear' our Guide sometimes - a flash voice/thought before there's time for thinking, analyzing or questioning. It comes instantly & more Hemingway than Faulkner - which is why I think we often miss it! But I do think we harmonize frequencies some of the time enough to have a little telepathy. That's my story & I'm stickin' to it ;-)
I met my Spirit Guide when I died in 2003. Coming back to my body was one of the most excruciatingly painful things I’ve ever experienced. And I mean… emotionally. Being back with him… I couldn’t fathom even the IDEA of separation again. So when I was nudged to go back… it shattered me. I cried on and off for two years or so. Matt… this life has been beyond rough. I was born a Sensitive (North Node, Moon and Jupiter in 8th house… and Gemini Rising…. you know how Geminis are antennaes) A baby in the family died right before I was born.. and I’d felt that ever since… even had the memories of the tragedy surrounding that… but no one ever explained to me. My whole life was supernatural reality more than the dense world. But no one I was safe with. Since my nde, I can feel my Spirit Guide … to my right but to the back… I even had a random woman who said she never had supernatural things happen to her but she saw him (as a blue orb of light) and told me he was to my right and slightly back. Funny thing is before she said that… I literally felt my Spirit Guide was reaching to the last and comforting her. And that’s exactly what she said happened. My whole life I’ve felt on the brink of death. And it’s been exhausting. I dream of the day that there won’t be any more pain. Matt, I want to go so badly. I just need some clarity. I’ve got to know that it doesn’t have to be much longer. I seriously count week by week to encourage myself to push through. Because it’s too hard to see farther. I’m just so grateful that I have my Guide, Matt. I can’t even imagine being without him. I was born Mormon but left after my nde in 2003 because I found God was not Mormon. Now, I’m simply a Disciple of Yeshua. I adore Him and believe in Him. I want to go. I so hold the relatives who have passed are not disappointed in me. I have been so many things that did not please the Mormon and family plan. My marriage and every step of my life has been so challenging that it’s taken all I have to not have heart failure. (I went through deadly seizures but praise God, right now not so much.). I listen to you and wish I could tell you what I saw on the Other Side. I always feel that you’d relate. I’ve seen many people who came to me after they passed but no where near how many you see. One I saw was my husband’s brother who died when my husband was 16 and the brother was 21! But when I saw him, he showed me himself as a CHILD.. about 10 years old !!! He was working with children who had died in trauma and was showing them how to play and trust and have fun. Oh… there’s so many things, Matt. It’s just such a relief to see someone else is on this earth who I relate to. I never fit in. Even though I’m a Christ believer, now… and my heart on fire for Him… the community does not at all accept the very real things that are part of me and how God made me. OMG OMG, I'm in shock you said " met an old aunt or family member you maybe haven't seen since a little child. THAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I just got home from a family reunion (which I've never done), in San Diego and when I saw this woman there, I said, I know that woman somehow which turned out to be my aunt Ruthie I hadn't seen and only saw once in San Jose when I was 5. I'm 66 now. The feeling was crazy overwhelming in a beautiful way. She's 91 now and doesn't look or act a day over 70. WOW Matt. Thank you.

I actually have three spirit guides, Morris, Faith and Muriel. Morris my main guide told me that he was my Husband long long ago when he passed he loved me so much that he could not let me go and chose to stay with me in all my reincarnations to protect me. I have lost mostly everyone in my life, I lost my dad when I was 11 and mom died when I was 23 and all my brothers 4 of them and my oldest sister died last year in July. Even all my friends and last best friend of 40 years to suicide,he didn't even give me a chance to help him out of his depression. His name was John and he killed himself mother's day 2017 I was devastated! Because we were so close and I would have never guessed that he was in a super deep depression. I've been so very alone and isolated and I only have one sister left and she's 67 I'm 62. We wonder who's next... she's buried two sons and her husband of 36 years back in 2009, her oldest son was murdered and he was only 31, back in Jan 1st 2005, second son died of a overdose he was 46, April 2021, then our oldest sister died... so much death through my whole life Matt and I am grateful for you and explaining everything about our life after life. I always felt that we never died,we just transfer back to our spirit realm. Years ago I remember seeing the other side when I took pictures on camera and orbs flying around and I knew then they were our loved ones. Recognised my guide when an artist who drew guides started to draw him she started at the top of his head and when she came to the eyes I was shocked to realise i knew him, his name is Lu udzang and was a Buddhist monk, at first when Lu told me his name I cracked up and thought his name was Luigi .

I tried a guided meditation to meet my spirit guides around 2017 randomly off TH-cam, and I had a waking vision of a tree in this lush field of green grass, and I went up inside the tree like a tree house, and there was a man that looked like a lumber jack with a huge axe! It was like I knew him, and also a lady that just seemed like a regular kind of blonde soccer mom type, but I didn't connect to her as much as the lumber jack. I've had other dreams of him before and after, as well. I wonder if that's him, and I can't imagine why he would appear to me that way! Literally with the plaid red and black flannel and the dark hair mustache and beard! 😅
Matt, you are spot on! All I can say is religion like Protestant/Evangelicals need to understand your message about how they were souls in heaven before they came here. Faiths like the Latter Day Saints teaches that doctrine all day long. ALL DAY LONG!!! It’s completely true and as weird as it sounds, I know my relationship with my Mother goes far beyond just earth. I know I chose her to be my mother before coming here to earth. It’s amazingly interconnected and it brings together so many of those moments/thoughts of “I feel like I know you” or “we get along so well” or “our personalities are alike” as we meet new people and build new friendships. It’s because we’ve already built relationships and made promises with souls before coming here.

Catarina, I’m sorry you are struggling with depression and anxiety. I became depressed when I was 6 years old and my life was lived with that shadow on my shoulder. I’m 64 now. I know it’s hard to keep going sometimes. It’s a type of isolation and loneliness. There is no shame in trying medicine to help control your anxiety and depression. Try not to be discouraged if you don’t find the right medicine the first time. I know that imbalances in the brain can be treated. I was shocked to actually find myself humming at work one night. The medication my doctor prescribed gave me enough strength to fight to live, I had tried to take my life 2 weeks before that and my guardian angel yelled NO! Just before my car impacted the concrete bridge support. To go from that state of mind to humming was amazing. I encourage you to get with your doctor and make a plan to get control again. Nobody deserves to feel that pain. You are worth fighting for. ❤❤❤Brenda

A soulmate is like someone who you feel love for and when you get married, it's very special because you are literally choosing someone you can irritate and annoy for the rest of your life! But seriously, many people get married and divorced several times so give it a lot of thought before you actually get married to someone and give it some time also. Don't rush into anything! A soulmate is someone who you resonate with and you learn some important lessons from them along the way.
Sorry to blow up the comments, but I just heard you say we have one guide and one angel... maybe thats why I met two beings in that vision! I love hearing different ideas and views and theories. 👋 Three years ago I started hearing a man grunting at me when I was dealing with one particular person. At first I thought it was because I was trying to help this person. But, months later…I heard him again when I was questioning why this person abandoned me. Again with the grunting, and I was alone. 🤣 This voice sounded similar to Lurch from the Addams Family. I believe he wanted me to learn the lessons! So, if Spirit Guides don’t grunt, I wonder whom I’m hearing.🤣
I was told by a local medium while I was standing in aisle minding my own business and she walked up to me and told me that I have two spirit guides. How cuz I don’t know anyone anymore that would be interested in helping. Especially since I spent the entire past year doing some heavy shadow work and cleared out all the toxic relationships I had, friends and family. Couldn’t be happier. The following morning on the way to the Psychic show, I stopped to pick up the newspaper. The front page, large and bold was the word ATHENS. I said, okay Athen, you are my spirit guide, At the show, there was a women taking aura photos. I decided to have one. WELL, as soon as she took mine, she turned to me and said, either your Guide or your Angel is in the picture with you. White as snow on my left side was a bust, head and shoulders. I was beyond humbled and have talked to Athens ever since. He's helped me and guided me ever since. (and before, just didn't know it back then)

I heard my spirit guide many years ago. In my teens. I asked a few times one night for my guide to say my name so that I knew I really had a spirit guide. I laid there for about 10 minutes and nothing. So I rolled over and closed my eyes. I was almost asleep when I hear my name. My eyes open quick and I was so excited. The voice was inside my head, but I actually heard ot as though with my own ears. There was a very very light vibration with it. Lightly vibrated the inside of my head. I should of kept on trying to communicated. Also it was high pitched like a chip monk which I thought was weird, but after that I read in a book a psychic wrote that your guide can sound like a chip monk because they are on a higher frequency. I was so excited to know there is such thing as a Spirit Guide.

What do you need? You haven’t done your mission “ he continued talking but I couldn’t hear anything more because it was very noisy over there, so he opened a portal and I came back to my body through that portal. My spirit guide, guided me through a whole new career something I thought I could never do, then I moved house and found my dream job that I didn't think I was good enough for, but then the option to change my career was literally put in front of me, I felt something pushing me into it, now three years in, I wouldn't look back. I don't feel like I've ever had a spirit guide. From the time I was born (I"m 60+), I swore I was switched at birth. I was nothing like my mom, nor my sister. In fact, we don't even favor in any way. I always felt sorry for my dad as well, he was a good person. I used to sit as a child and wonder where my real family was because the one I was a part of was not normal. It caught my ear when you said you don't usually drink because you're a medium! I don't drink either but noticed when I used to, I would get premonitions. It would terrify my boyfriend because if I got drunk, I would walk right up to him and answer his questions before he would ask them. It was like telepathy. It happens occasionally when I'm sober too but when I was drinking, it was a lot more frequent.

@@kristieshanahan3746 I think that's why a lot of great artists are known to have indulged in alcohol or other substances. I don't think substances so much alter your mind as much as they turn off certain neurological wiring and inhibitions to help you perceive what is already present and surrounding us. That might sound kinda creepy but, to go along with what Matt says, spirits are around us all the time. It's just a matter of if our minds and souls are open to seeing and communicating with them.
That includes souls within the living. We're probably all capable of telepathy to a certain extent but something in our brains prevent us from easily accessing it.
Lol, I've had that happen too! When I was at a friend from works party I didn't know anyone but her, so I had a couple of glasses of wine to relax a little, later that evening we were all sitting on the floor in a circle and I saw these two guys directly across from me and I got this message for them about some kind of business they would be starting. The embarrassing part was I forgot all about it, but they didn't and ask my friend if they could talk to me more, and I had to say it's something I really have no control over. After a drink or two it might happen but I certainly can't count on it.
As bad it sometimes is, substance use can sometimes open you up to magical things.
I have been married once and engaged twice after. 2 relationships were over 14 years. The other relationship was 2 years, and I swear he was my soulmate. I been single 4 years now. Breaking up with him was the hardest thing ever. I couldn’t handle his addictions. I know I can’t ever be with him again ( my choice) but I still love him very much. No other man that’s been in my life romantically can ever make me feel the way I did with him.😢
I think of our guardian angels more like recorders of our lives and who intervene in serious situations. The spirit guide seems more of a cheerleader. I also think we can get more angels and guides throughout our lives depending on what we go through.
Met my guardian angel late one night after a long drive. I fell asleep at the wheel and I heard a really loud “Wake Up!” What a blessing.

I believe I have more than one spirit guide. I believe there are different ones that specialize in certain experiences that we are going experiencing in our life’s journey. When I meditate, I call on my spirit guides to guide and protect me through the meditation and they show up! I can feel a spirit guide touching my aura at the top of my head. My mom and Christmas time did that too. I sensed her energy and acknowledged her being there. I have found I have a lot of helpers. It’s a beautiful thing.

Thanks Matt for being an inspiration! I felt so much relaxed hearing that I am not alone because I am going through some very extreme difficulties for sometime. Feel so lonely as I felt no one understands the pain and suffering I am going through. Hearing you say that we are not alone, there are spirit guides, guardian angels and our loved ones watching over us, it's a great sense of relief. So I am not alone in this struggles!
So sorry you are experiencing some real challenges, life can be tough,but it really is true you are never alone. Sometimes in our more challenging moments we are looking for someone outside ourselves to make us feel we are of value, but in order for that to happen you have to learn how to be your own best friend. Like Matt has also shared, your guides are always wanting to help, but you must ask them directly, I've found this works very well. I'm new too & I've learned that we can 'hear' our Guide sometimes - a flash voice/thought before there's time for thinking, analyzing or questioning. It comes instantly & more Hemingway than Faulkner - which is why I think we often miss it! But I do think we harmonize frequencies some of the time enough to have a little telepathy. That's my story & I'm stickin' to it ;-)

My spirit guide is the best. It’s been a tough ride but I have been guided so well
I met my Spirit Guide when I died in 2003. Coming back to my body was one of the most excruciatingly painful things I’ve ever experienced. And I mean… emotionally. Being back with him… I couldn’t fathom even the IDEA of separation again. So when I was nudged to go back… it shattered me. I cried on and off for two years or so. Matt… this life has been beyond rough. I was born a Sensitive (North Node, Moon and Jupiter in 8th house… and Gemini Rising…. you know how Geminis are antennaes) A baby in the family died right before I was born.. and I’d felt that ever since… even had the memories of the tragedy surrounding that… but no one ever explained to me. My whole life was supernatural reality more than the dense world. But no one I was safe with. Since my nde, I can feel my Spirit Guide … to my right but to the back… I even had a random woman who said she never had supernatural things happen to her but she saw him (as a blue orb of light) and told me he was to my right and slightly back. Funny thing is before she said that… I literally felt my Spirit Guide was reaching to the last and comforting her. And that’s exactly what she said happened. My whole life I’ve felt on the brink of death. And it’s been exhausting. I dream of the day that there won’t be any more pain. Matt, I want to go so badly. I just need some clarity. I’ve got to know that it doesn’t have to be much longer. I seriously count week by week to encourage myself to push through. Because it’s too hard to see farther. I’m just so grateful that I have my Guide, Matt. I can’t even imagine being without him. I was born Mormon but left after my nde in 2003 because I found God was not Mormon. Now, I’m simply a Disciple of Yeshua. I adore Him and believe in Him. I want to go. I so hold the relatives who have passed are not disappointed in me. I have been so many things that did not please the Mormon and family plan. My marriage and every step of my life has been so challenging that it’s taken all I have to not have heart failure. (I went through deadly seizures but praise God, right now not so much.). I listen to you and wish I could tell you what I saw on the Other Side. I always feel that you’d relate. I’ve seen many people who came to me after they passed but no where near how many you see. One I saw was my husband’s brother who died when my husband was 16 and the brother was 21! But when I saw him, he showed me himself as a CHILD.. about 10 years old !!! He was working with children who had died in trauma and was showing them how to play and trust and have fun. Oh… there’s so many things, Matt. It’s just such a relief to see someone else is on this earth who I relate to. I never fit in. Even though I’m a Christ believer, now… and my heart on fire for Him… the community does not at all accept the very real things that are part of me and how God made me. I’m so grateful that you exist, Matt. And I’m thankful you bring up Spirit Guide. I do have HIM!! Are you allowed to ever tell people.. “Don’t worry.. you don’t have to be in the world too much longer…”. ? I’m guessing no… I’m so tired, Matt. Weary. Love you! OMG OMG, I'm in shock you said " met an old aunt or family member you maybe haven't seen since a little child. THAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I just got home from a family reunion (which I've never done), in San Diego and when I saw this woman there, I said, I know that woman somehow which turned out to be my aunt Ruthie I hadn't seen and only saw once in San Jose when I was 5. I'm 66 now. The feeling was crazy overwhelming in a beautiful way. She's 91 now and doesn't look or act a day over 70. WOW Matt. Thank you.

Morris my main guide told me that he was my Husband long long ago when he passed he loved me so much that he could not let me go and chose to stay with me in all my reincarnations to protect me. I have lost mostly everyone in my life, I lost my dad when I was 11 and mom died when I was 23 and all my brothers 4 of them and my oldest sister died last year in July. Even all my friends and last best friend of 40 years to suicide,he didn't even give me a chance to help him out of his depression. His name was John and he killed himself mother's day 2017 I was devastated! Because we were so close and I would have never guessed that he was in a super deep depression. I've been so very alone and isolated and I only have one sister left and she's 67 I'm 62. We wonder who's next... she's buried two sons and her husband of 36 years back in 2009, her oldest son was murdered and he was only 31, back in Jan 1st 2005, second son died of a overdose he was 46, April 2021, then our oldest sister died... so much death through my whole life Matt and I am grateful for you and explaining everything about our life after life. I always felt that we never died,we just transfer back to our spirit realm. Years ago I remember seeing the other side when I took pictures on camera and orbs flying around and I knew then they were our loved ones. I tried a guided meditation to meet my spirit guides around 2017 randomly off TH-cam, and I had a waking vision of a tree in this lush field of green grass, and I went up inside the tree like a tree house, and there was a man that looked like a lumber jack with a huge axe! It was like I knew him, and also a lady that just seemed like a regular kind of blonde soccer mom type, but I didn't connect to her as much as the lumber jack. I've had other dreams of him before and after, as well. I wonder if that's him, and I can't imagine why he would appear to me that way! Literally with the plaid red and black flannel and the dark hair mustache and beard! 😅

Matt, you are spot on! All I can say is religion like Protestant/Evangelicals need to understand your message about how they were souls in heaven before they came here. Faiths like the Latter Day Saints teaches that doctrine all day long. ALL DAY LONG!!! It’s completely true and as weird as it sounds, I know my relationship with my Mother goes far beyond just earth. I know I chose her to be my mother before coming here to earth. It’s amazingly interconnected and it brings together so many of those moments/thoughts of “I feel like I know you” or “we get along so well” or “our personalities are alike” as we meet new people and build new friendships. It’s because we’ve already built relationships and made promises with souls before coming here.

Catarina, I’m sorry you are struggling with depression and anxiety. I became depressed when I was 6 years old and my life was lived with that shadow on my shoulder. I’m 64 now. I know it’s hard to keep going sometimes. It’s a type of isolation and loneliness. There is no shame in trying medicine to help control your anxiety and depression. Try not to be discouraged if you don’t find the right medicine the first time. I know that imbalances in the brain can be treated. I was shocked to actually find myself humming at work one night. The medication my doctor prescribed gave me enough strength to fight to live, I had tried to take my life 2 weeks before that and my guardian angel yelled NO! Just before my car impacted the concrete bridge support. To go from that state of mind to humming was amazing. I encourage you to get with your doctor and make a plan to get control again. Nobody deserves to feel that pain. You are worth fighting for. ❤❤❤Brenda

A soulmate is like someone who you feel love for and when you get married, it's very special because you are literally choosing someone you can irritate and annoy for the rest of your life! But seriously, many people get married and divorced several times so give it a lot of thought before you actually get married to someone and give it some time also. Don't rush into anything! A soulmate is someone who you resonate with and you learn some important lessons from them along the way.

Three years ago I started hearing a man grunting at me when I was dealing with one particular person.
At first I thought it was because I was trying to help this person.
But, months later…I heard him again when I was questioning why this person abandoned me.
Again with the grunting, and I was alone.
🤣 This voice sounded similar to Lurch from the Addams Family.
I believe he wanted me to learn the lessons!
So, if Spirit Guides don’t grunt, I wonder whom I’m hearing.🤣

I was told by a local medium while I was standing in aisle minding my own business and she walked up to me and told me that I have two spirit guides. How cuz I don’t know anyone anymore that would be interested in helping. Especially since I spent the entire past year doing some heavy shadow work and cleared out all the toxic relationships I had, friends and family. Couldn’t be happier. I would love know a little bit more about the spirit guides . Learning about my guides that have been caring for me since helps me get better idea on how to recognize the messages that they are sending out
