That's almost a $2 million dollar gate versus a $350k gate for one game, not counting TV and gamepass. Revenue from two home games against the fever make payroll for the whole season. She is a fierce competitor and we looked forward to seeing he on the floor and going toe to toe with her and the fever team. I always love competitive games and the crowd that it draws. They feed on us and we feed on them cause we want to give them the best game possible and show them what all these ladies are made of. They have no choice but to give CC credit. 22,000 people are not showing up for the Aces game. I read somewhere that the casinos give out free tickets to the Aces games, so the sold-out crowds are not legitimate.
Do you know how many free tickets the casinos give out when the Aces play the Mercury? Because in September 2023 they drew 17406 to the t-mobile arena. The three times they played this year they drew over 10000, over 11000 and over 13000. That would be a ton of free tickets.
