As a manga reader I love the art, but the anime took a few creative liberties that made it less cool in my opinion. For example the Peter Parker moment was anime only. He never wore glasses in the manga.
Parasyte is definitely top 5 animes of all time for me. The mixture of pure, legitimate atmospheric and conceptual body horror with incredible character development, philosophy on what it means to be human and how we actually interact with our environment, and incredible action just sells it as everything I'd want out of a show. Not for everyone, but for me? Top tier, no question.

The parasyte opening is sung by fear and loathing in las Vegas The song fits the theme of the show too, they sing about how humans take our position for granted, we're 'absolute predators ', we 'have no enemies' and how from the moment we're born, we're the 'winners of earth'
Parasite is a hidden gem, so underrated but not for everyone; some people who come only for action and horror gets disappointed by the show having alot philosophical discussions. Kakegurui is amazing, degenerate as hell (Not very revealing or hentai-esq, just very VERY suggestive) but SOOO amazing at the same time. Would love to see your reaction to the Attack on Titan finale endings full versions with lyrics: "Itterasshai" by Ai Higushi and "To you 2000 Years... or 20000 yeara from Now" by Linked Hoirizon and Yui Ishikawa.
I found out yesterday that the Parasyte opening is actually mostly English. It just sounds Japanese because of their accent and the way they pronounced the words.

hello i just found your channel thru your hazbin reactions and im loving your content!! that being said as someone who watched and read the entirety of kakegurui, i can understand your confusion about the content lol. yes, its set in a highschool. kakegurui is honestly just an anime with wasted potential of both characters and lesbian representation, all the girls have feelings towards other girl characters but the portrayal of that is very sexual and directed at a male audience. the anime is about gambling as you know, and the "twist" is that each cute character like the idol you said you liked turn out to be crazy during gambling. thats pretty much all. oh yeah, and lots of orgasms for some reason? also as for the manga, thats where the incest also starts. which wasnt surprising.

I know you've probably already heard it a million times, but please try to avoid those soap opera "4k/60fps" interpolations, they mess with the timing of movements and cuts and in general don't do anything positive for the content they're slapped on. Most modern anime openings are on this website, so I would be thrilled to see less people worsen the experience for themselves just because some guy meant tht he had to run it through an ai because they assume "bigger number=better". Nothing against you though, I know there's no ill will in that.
