I am honestly finding it difficult to understand Reading and writing aspect

Dear Teacher, I have problems with 3d part multiple choice.
Especially when questions and answers are long sentences.
While I am reading the end I forgot the beginning, or I don't have time to understand all questions while audio is speeding on.
My eyes starts flashing lights into many parts and I am panic about it. Honestly I hate that part. How do people handle it?
When people get 9 from listening and reading, I think they are aliens not human being.
