I've noticed that when you're given time to review the questions from x to y (let's say, from question 1 to 14) before the audio begins, it's better to read them in reverse order, from y to x. This is because if you read in ascending order, you might get caught up and lose focus on the first question, which needs to be answered first. If the reading time ends and the audio begins, it can be challenging to refocus on the first question. However, if you start from the last question, you'll be freshly prepared for the first question when the audio starts, making it easier to answer. This approach takes advantage of the psychological principle of 'Last-in-First-out,' where the most recently acquired information is more readily recalled. By doing this, we can make the most of our short-term memory.

Just listen 40 minutes everyday,,don't try to answer all questions. Just listen then you can reach your goal.It's only for concentration.....I think it will be helpful for you ,,,In sha Allah
