And don't bllsht me with "nobody likes me" sht... your family, your friends, your colleges/schoolmates will suffer... Moral duty is the only reason I'm still alive... Can't do that to my mum. she already lost a lot (including my sister)... Cant do that to anyone... And believe it or not, one day, THE ONE day you will be happy again. Dentists give me the creeps too. Doesn't help that I have a really tiny mouth and an overly sensitive gag reflex.
Just getting dental X-rays is a freaking hassle. Even the kid's sensor that they jam in the side of your mouth is too big for me. Only ones I can tolerate are the ones that go all around your head, because you only have to bite down with your front teeth.

Didn't help that the village's county dentist was a fed up and close to retirement brute that seemingly only worried about getting through the appointments as fast as possible whatever the cost.
I had to go there until I was old enough to have the courage to both refuse to go and the right words to make my point understood by my parents.
Then I met the newly educated county dentist in the next village over, a woman who took her time, explained what was going to happen and actually cared about the human in her chair.
I'm certain she's the reason I'm still able to go to the dentist without being knocked out.

I know exactly what you mean, I think the majority of us here do. You’ve got this too! I’ve been dealing with anxiety and depression my entire life and it’s completely hell at times. It can be ridiculously difficult when depression is doing it’s best to tear you apart but you are stronger than you know and you will always, always come out the other side.

For people who dont know how to read a clock٫all you have to do is remember that the hour hand is the shorter hand and the minute hand is the longer hand. When the short hand is on 5 and the long hand is on 4 it is 5:20 if the long hand is on any number multiply it by 5 like my example of 5:20 when i said the long hand is on the 4 4x5 = 20 so thats your minutes in the clock and on the hour hand whatever it is on it means the same number like 5 if it is on 5 then its 5:00
