Pretty cool plug-in. Nice that it’s a very specific and pinpointed frequency so as not to muddy up the subs. Very useful and not aware of anything else that can do this.
Thank you, Chris. Great vid in content and production quality. Your voice sounds excellent - very detailed, gentle, with a delivery that conveys expertise. Your presentation gave me some creative ideas and the Weight plug will definitely be a tool I'm going to experiment with.
Wow, just tested this on my brass section I'm doing for the boss fight I'm working on. Not only does it clarify what's happening in the low-end but the weight param allows me to tune in exactly how much control I want to have over the effect.
This looks and sounds like the Boom portion of Ableton Live's Drum Bus. Awesome! All that's missing is a decay amount and the ability to quantize the freq to MIDI Note.
hi chris from airwindows. i was wondering, how easy would it be to port your code to a microprocessor based guitar pedal? say a Teensyduino for example?
Very interesting , downloaded it and surprised that most air windows plugin in the folder , thx will give it a try, I was looking for a clipper , i bet i can find one in this vst pack.
ADClip7 is a great utility when clipping drums etc, and ClipOnly2 for the output or even ClipSoftly if you're a fan of saturated analog outputs. It outputs and peaks at -0.4 dB but beware, doesn't seem to catch intersample peaks.
Paul might be able to do it as I can dual-license my stuff as GPL. It'd be an additional export from the CLAP plugin, and we're not really done with the CLAP plugin: currently finishing up the VCV Rack plugin :)
Thanks, that's a good upgrade from Holt2, which was what I used to try to emulate the bass you feel in a real medium-sized loud concert room. So what does it do exactly? Is it a dynamic EQ/band limiter? Does it add harmonics? I wonder because it sounds good haha.
I really became a fan of your work, your way of creating things and all-in-all your way of thinking. 🌻 I am supporting you via patreon, yet I just wonder if it wouldn't be better to support you directely via Paypal. It would save the fees. How do you feel about this? Greetings, Hans (Germany)
Sir, just wanted to take a moment to thank you for what you do to help my mixes sound a lot better.

Thanks Chris, your work keeps me going . I appreciate everything you are and how you give. 🎂 ⚡️

Glad to see you back Chris! Thanks for dropping this. Appreciate you 🙏
Thanks Chris, I'm using this to add some power to my guitar but so it's subtle, without using eq. Great plugin. Loving these plugs.
dope that you've got hbomberguy in the background
Is this creating harmonics too?

Love it! Great for sculpting kicks, as well as all things bass. 🍻
thank you for what you do. I am eagerly awaiting your creative direction.
Hmmm...smart thinking Chris!!
hi chris from airwindows.

Great stuff, Chris 👍👍👍👍👍
Would love to see how this would be incorporated into a new tape plugin!
NICE. MUCH LOVE.
Coooool Chris! 🎉
Ahh amazing thank you!

There's ClipOnly2 if you are looking for that. And also quite a few limiting alternatives that are quite useful.
@@mountwestmusic thanks will try ClipOnly2 first & have a look to limiters

@@TachyBunker thx , clipping drums is exactly what i'm after, okay for the hint about the clipSoftly vst.
i like adclip7
Hi Chris, any chance you will release your plugins as vst3? I am on the ARM enviroment (Native, not using Rosetta) and using Cubase 12. Thanks.
Paul might be able to do it as I can dual-license my stuff as GPL. It'd be an additional export from the CLAP plugin, and we're not really done with the CLAP plugin: currently finishing up the VCV Rack plugin :)
Cool, can't wait to try it on my kick
@@airwindows Thank you Paul so much. Looking forward to it (I know it might take "some" time).
Warm regards.
