Absolutely masterpiece of the 80's masculine scents! Zino was ahead of its time nothing smelld like it in 1986. Even Guerlain Heritage, wich is often compared to Zino was relased later. For me is also summer scent. I'm wearing it only for hot evening nightouts🙂 Masculine, complex, beautiful and master blended scent. In one row with Azzaro Pour Homme, Kuros, Jacomo de Jacomo and other famous scents. My top 3!
Useful guidance here. I love Kouros and have just ordered Zino. Intrigued to see what it is like. I don't give a sh!t if some think it's dated or not trendy. I'll still rock it💪
Love Zino. It is a very mysterious fragrance. Quite unique and extremely classy. I love this. I started off on the vintage, and now have the current version. I think that they are both fantastic.
I've been waiting so long for you to review Zino. What a masterpiece of a fragrance. And as you say, it also fits very well in summer if you don't overdo it. An absolute classic that is always and everywhere suitable for young and old. Thank you for your review Chris to one of the greatest fragrances there is in the world❤
What a stylish and out of the ordinary review of this great fragrance. I love Davidoff 's cigars, as well as Hoyo de Monterey, Trinidad, Alec Bradley, Santa Damiana, CAO and A J Fernandez. You are The Boss, Chris.
I love your honesty, especially when you say that you need "some balls" to wear this. Totally true, and some of these other 20 or 30 something's who whine "it's dates, it's old man" need a testosterone boost to get over their chocolate bubblegum gourmand fixations!😁
Love this scent. It was my brother’s signature for a period on its release. When he wore it , the fragrance would fill the room, absolute beast , very dark and unusual. I am not sure on the current formula but my bottle is 10 years old and honestly feels like half the strength of what it once was, smells very close to original just much weaker and thinner. Still love it . Grazie Amico.
Great scent! I fell in love with it in the summer of 1994.i remember smelling it on a friend of mine. It was my signature scent for almost 15 years! Still love it, but I don't wear it that often nowadays. Great review. Thanks
Hello Mr, I really appreciate your videos, great classic fragrance's you show, what you tell about (red) from Georgio Beverly hills,(reflet d'eau) from ROCHAS and (uomo) from SERGIO TACHINI thank you Mr Chris
‘Zino’ (1986) is a great scent (once favoured by Gianni Agnelli). I wore it for a while as a signature scent in the late ‘80s - still have a vintage splash bottle. This was the second Davidoff release after the eponymous original, Davidoff For Men (1984).
I have a fairly new bottle of Paco Rabanne PH. Apparently it used to be a LOT stronger than the current day formulation. But would like to try Zino and 1881.
@@TheUndefeatedLoOn Yes current. These older scents u just have to give time i guess.. I do have to say i am not that fond of it and if it was not so cheap i would have sold it off already. Its not bad for at home usage..
Hey Chris. How’s it going? I was watching you on Dan’s livestream today. Just subscribed. I can’t believe you knew about Derrick Orlane. That’s the first fragrance I can remember smelling as a kid when I was 6 years old. Love to buy a bottle soon. I look forward chatting with you soon.
Hi Chris, greetings. Is this Zino still fantastic even in the current formulation? Some people say that it's heavily watered down. What do you feel? Please let me know. Thanks.
Hey Chris! I've tried Zino just recently and I didn't like it at all, it is too flowery for me... Just an idea: Why don't you make a top 10 or 5 video of scents you don't like?! You are one of the oldest parfum reviewers here on TH-cam with so many videos, but I can't remembered a "disliked fragrances" one... That would be great!
If you have $25 to spend buy Zino it’s very good. If you have $50 to spend buy Héritage by Guerlain, it’s great. But if you have $100 to spend buy Beau de Jeur by Tom Ford, it’s amazing!
All of them are different and almost equally good, I have vintage ZIno and it's a 10, Heritage is 8.5-9, maybe vintage is 10, and Beau de Jour is 10 for me, so you need to have all three :)
Love Zino. There was a Male fragrance before this, not around long but it was just self titled "Davidoff by Davidoff" very green leather chypre and it's also excellent 👌

Jajajaja
I love this--I have both vintage and new and they are both great!
One of my all-time favourites, great review thanks.

One of my favorites👍
Two words for this scent; evergreen, masterpiece..I have bottle of 125 ml .. :)
Definitely one of my favorites 👍🏻

I've always contemplated Zino, but sometimes was put off by reviews. Now I know it's the work of Almairac I'll have to get it. ..love his work
Thanks Chris, I bought this a few years ago, and yeah, its a great scent, a real classic and so pleased I bought it.

thank you Mr Chris
Wonderful video from you again Chris. A great start to my weekend. Thank you very much. :0)
One of my favourite since the late 80s 👍🏼
Great review and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try it and have a blessed day
Always nice to see yr videos yes i love zino since long time . Can you pls put yr best 10 in yr colection thanks v much
Finally you are reviewing this. 😄 nice video as always!
It’s a classic for a reason. Very grown up and mysterious. It’s for dressed up night time occasions.
Masterpiece!!!
I hate rose in fragrances, and I love this. If there is rose, it is undetectable and supportive only.

Muy infravalorado o poco conocido y perfectamente ofrece un aroma nicho escondido en botella económica.
Masterpiece 🏆
Please review Davidoff Horizon Chris! It's my favourite cheapie and nobody talks about it. It's so good 👍
a very creative video with the ever gorgeous reviewer
Thank you!!
Fab scent, love it and will buy and new bottle soon
I love it!!!
So true! This is great in summer. So many patchouli focused ones are nice when it is hot. ✌️
great classic. used it yesterday
Der beste Duft. Super geil.❤
Love this juice. I'm almost out and will have to buy another.
Love that outro 😄
Great review, try Plasencia cigars. Salute from Croatia
the best Beau de Jour by Tom Ford alternative classy and sophisticated perfect for the well dressed Gentleman!!!!!
I have a fairly new bottle of Paco Rabanne PH. Apparently it used to be a LOT stronger than the current day formulation. But would like to try Zino and 1881.
Toller Duft, welchen ich heute noch gerne trage.
Zino Davidoff = T.F Beau du jour.
I bought it recently and returned it because its very faint. Much prefer Ted lapidus pour homme. Edit, bought it again and adore it.
What changed between your two takes on it ? Current formula ? Thanks

Try vintage Zino, there is no flowers, just strong and dense patchouli suede
Zino is good stuff
Interesting review of a fragrance by 'itself' 😆 ... I really tried to like this one but I never did. Somehow I can't stand it. It's a classic though

Wish i could find heritage for $50 ha
Smells great. I get a nice solid hr (:
What i pathouli bomb, last easyli 8-10 hours on me, to me it smells like molecule 01+ patchouli.
on skin it smells like quality old leather jacket. Just don't over apply
Davidoff perfume bottles are of very good quality

that was a beast of a scent! Incredible!
