[Eng Sub] Coolest Seiyuu (VA) show up moment

There are many seiyuu here and of course our Matsuoka Yoshitsugu is over there too.
I personally like Licht (Shimazaki Nobunaga) and Tsubaki (Suzuki Tatsuhisa) when they make their appearance in this Servamp Festival Event. They look so badass, but our boy Tsugu tsugu also not bad either. Enjoy and have a good day.

He said "tekitou ni sawaide kure" (適当に騒いでくれ), the てform of sawagu 騒ぐ (to make noise/raise tensions; the said line would mean '(audience), pls make noise as appropriate'), not "tekitou ni sawatte kure" (適当に触ってくれ; 触る = to touch; which would make how you "translated" it mean something rather lewd).
