He was talking about the green license plate not green car skin. In China all electric vehicles use green color license plate, blue plate for fuel vehicles and white plate for military, police and government vehicles.

Mid 90s. Unfortunately I don't know where that video is :( Totally different country. Very few buildings, not tall. Traffic was less organized. Quality of life was different for most people.

Mrinal Singh 99% are built by private companies. In China, government doesn’t build any buildings. If government needs a working building, they will invite tenders to build for them, and government will pay them for the project. Don’t ask me why I know, because I’m Chinese 😁

D F It’s national day. Normally they don’t put so many flags, I believe you will see the flag being taken off maybe in a few weeks later.
