Good morning Elizabeth! So good to see you! ❤I do need to be baking that same bread recipe. I’m making Kamut dinner rolls tonight but I too have a lot of potato flakes that need to be used. And also….i find I use my wheat berries much more if I keep them on the counter along with my grain mill. Just an fyi…..you can keep your nuts in the freezer…which is what I do and they last well past the Best Buy date. Oh …I also have the same pantry dream…I have a very small pantry…all my overflow goes in our basement….maybe one day I will live my dream!😊 Have a great day! Lovely video!

Hi! Yes, I just got a different grain mill for this very reason. It’s just more convenient and my mom has my nutrimill now. There’s something to be said about the convenience! We have too many rocks for a basement unfortunately but our new farmhouse will have a small working pantry and I have plans for bigger food storage in another area. I’d love a basement!
