Nah man that BMX challenge is a pain. a little tip for the NRG challenge is don't try to go straight up to collect the hoops. Try to do the jump on an angle so you jump across the hoop. Where there's 1 jump that's too high for CJ to really get without 100% cycling skill because I can't bunny hop that high.
There is a nack to the NRG-500. For the side checkpoints, try to follow the bars on the floor. You'll need to get a feel for where they are in relation to the checkpoint. Corner ones, try and aim a bit to the side of the checkpoint rather than dead on and turn a little bit while you drive up. Gives you more area to fly into. Important: make sure you hold up on the left analogue stick or you won't make it.

I did the NRG-500 Challenge easily on the 1st try. I was having the problem with the BMX challenge tho, couldn't get that last corona out of 6-7 attempts, then finally did it. Now I'm getting ready for some mountain climbing.
A tip that nobody mentions here is that, in addition to wanting 100% bike skill, you also should be at less than 20% body fat; otherwise, you can't hop as high. So many girls that you date in this game want CJ to be fat, and if you try and complete the BMX mission while dating one of these girls, it's much more difficult.

the best way to complete is for your skill to be max. i couldn’t do the bike at all at first but once i got maxed bicycle it took me less than 10 attempts. my last trophy i got the platinum 🏆.

Suprisingly i finishes the nrg-500 challenge with only 2 tries and the bmx challenge with only 1 try with maximum bike and cycling skill up course I finished it in mobile
There's an easier way to reach that though. The trick is you go to one side of the "U" ramp that's linear to the ring. Cycle as high as you can to one side, then jump as high as you can, flinging CJ. If your cycling skill is 100%, you will be able to reach it.
Whoever made these missions did a horrible job and I hope they were eventually fired from Rockstar. I don't care what else they worked on (probably the driving school mission) but their contribution was a net detriment to the game because of these missions.

How do you just magically ride to the top of the ramp? Every time I try the bike stops moving and falls backwards, my cycling skill is 90% so maybe I’ll try get it to 100%

I just completed NRG, so guys, you have to accelerate just after falling a little (after backing up on the wall), that will bring max velocity.
You can't physically move the camera up to see if you're lined up correctly in the NRG race!
Use the lines on the ground to line yourself up.
The only hard ring is the one on top of the ramp. The rest are fairly easy in my opinion.

Easiest way...get ghe packer truck park it near one of the stunt pods and when you activate the mission you can get the high corona
