I'm thinking Atlanta doesn't have a builder who understands the true ulta modern concepts. These homes they call modern are antiquated in their design. They wouldn't sell in LA. Mabye 30 years ago. Atlanta needs a builder, architect, and designer to come in from, Spain, La or Vegas to put up some real Modern homes and bring Atlanta out of the cookie- cutter ancient, nauseating Traditional home mindset. I hate them. High to low price point they ALL LOOK ALIKE.🤢
That's a great thing. That's what makes modern/contemporary homes stand out and even more unique, instead of looking like everyone else's house.

Please give some examples of what makes Atlanta modern homes 30 years behind LA home design. You do realize that a lot of these designs are actually influenced by designs of the past, right?
