LOVE LOVE LOVE all the light and I especially love the kitchen. The black interior of the fridge is such a fun touch, but made a big difference in the luscious feel of the home. Also, the closet 😍 leaves me speechless.
The flex space could be nice for a little library or to showcase any collections.
Also, to answer your question, I prefer a mix of voiceover and music. I like to be able to view the space as I would if I was there, but the voiceover is great for pointing out things I may not notice.
