If I was you I would buy only acid fade (safehouse collection) when you do mill specs even if you need to pay 10% more. Cause the % of you getting something good will be higher and then more worth it.

Overall the odds of hitting something is higher if you split them up into multiple trade ups, it just costs more for the fillers
