I truly believe that Chris Cornell wont get full respect until years after his death when people look back and realise how much he has influenced music. Theres not to many vocalists out there that can grab any song and not only make it their own but totally sing it better then the original. Chris can be instantly the minute you hear the first word he sings because nobody can sing like this man. A true legend
Bryce Cresswell _not sure anyone saw his demise Seattle's near gone I totally agree, his voice was magical!!! check out Chris Cornell test vocal range,live in Melbourne Sydney myer music bowl.! also Google Chris Cornell Billie jean @ the forum theatre Melbourne 2011 haunting yet inspirational always rest in peace Chris !
As a long time resident of BC (recently moved to AB) I'm so upset I wasnt there to see this live. Though.. I probably would have cried. His voice gives me the shivers and goose bumps when he sings.
Fantastic performance. I thought his voice was deteriorating in Audioslave, but then I was totally wrong after watching this and his Beyond the Wheel performance during the Soundgarden reunion... His voice is back, with a lot better control while still maintaining the angsty feel of the tune. :) Long live Chris!
Besides Pearl Jam one of the greatest Artists of the Grunge Era. I nearly liked everything he did the last years. Perfect feeling, perfect skill, reduced to what music should be like.
I will never listen to this song the same again. Wow. Such an amazing version. Love it.
never truly listened to the lyrics of this song till Chris sang it
Rest well Chris, you will be sorely missed.
RIP..thank you Shayne K for capturing an amazing performer.......

Wow! Chris you killed this version. Heard others and in BC is the best! Better than Michael? HELL YEAH!
its chris's song.. not michaels.. of course he'd sing it better.. he wrote it.
Chris has one of the greatest voice in rock.My only disappointment is that he wasn't part of a real metal band.I'd like to see him him in Anthrax
@CudiNWiz It's probably Michael himself :D
Can someone tell me the strumming pattern?
Damn...He could rock the hokey pokey!
I totally agree. He could sing the golden girls theme song and is love it
