Ferox takes forever, because these taming isn’t affected by the Multiplikator (I think) because every level takes 20 element (each giving 5% taming) to tame. No matter if lvl 10 or 290.

I just thought I’d let you know that levelling the parents doesn’t actually effect the babies on the arts of the parents from the start when you tame them and mutations are the best way to get better stats on baby’s
About the thing with the magmasaurs in day 27. umm, aahh, yeah. I did something similar with rock drakes. I attempted stealing an egg on foot with no mount and carrying only a crossbow with a grabbling hook. I don't know how I survived that 😅
If you want your dinos to stay safe while you're away, leave one with a lot of health on the perimeter, on passive, then leave another 2 on "attack your target" while they follow the passive dino. They wont die or leave ✌️
A useful tip: get your strongest dino to follow another, get this dino (strong) on agressive, and the other (followed) on passive (and all the other dinos as well), this way no dino will run away or die while you are far
You can also with s+ use stone stuff and turn it into thatch, adobe, wood, etc. and it still has the stone durability! (S+ radial wheel on the structure.)
To stop your water dinos from wandering off, throw down a dino leash (its a BP from extinction but I believe you should be able to unlock it in gen 1). Also you should use the Dino Storage mod bro, that way you can keep PVP on and not have to deal with Cryo Sickness on single player. There's also an S+ setting you can set that allows tek powers on genesis
Imagine if the game bugged and insta killed you in the final boss buttle... Yep that's what happened to me, and that's why i disintalled ark and never gonna touch It again, great content btw
The long necked water reptile is a Plesiosaurus, not a Pliosaur. Funny enough, Pliosaurs are a specific group of Plesiosaurs. There iw even one in the game, the magical liopleurodon.
the first time i saw you leveling the parents it had me confused...does it actually affect the level of the baby? cuz i tried that plenty of times with my rexes, nothing rly changed, and in a lot of places its told that leveling parents won't change anything :/
You get so much useless loot in genesis that making an industrial grinder is an incredibly useful tool, would %100 recommend for other maps like extinction or gen 2

You don’t have to enable pvp to use the baby Dino level up method. Just drop the eggs and don’t claim them and you can kill them
There's also a setting under "advanced" that allows friendly fire
Why would that work though? Unclaimed babies are still considered enemies, therefore they would be immune to damage on PVE
You need to claim them and Dino’s can not kill them, players can though
I tried this and it doesn’t work, the only way is to disable pve or enable friendly fire
You have to have PVP enabled even for unclaimed dinos.
