Nah cuz I remember Peter saying to Ian in 2015 "what about when he's 21? How u gonna look at him then?" and now Bobby actually is 21 but this time Peter has forgiven him...

He could be so happy and celebrating, but you can see he has really grown up and really matured after what he has done as a child. I really hope Peter can help him out on this one as he really needs to hear forgiveness from Lucy's twin brother. And I think Peter is the only one who can help Bobby out with this one.
