I felt so bad for Jay... Starr lied about her age, they didn’t even sleep together! Yeah he was about to but he didn’t. At the same time though I’m glad they did this storyline because so so many girls lie about their age and so many poor lads get into trouble when it isn’t their fault! Underage Girls using fake IDs to get into 18+ clubs then crying wolf when lads are all over them...
The reason why it was illegal was bevause jay sent nudes to starr and vice versa which is illegal as you can't send nudes to a 18 or under. But still starr was definitely in the wrong for not bringing up her age in the situation but the law is the law :/
@@amywonderland9297 in the eyes of the law a child is a child and an adult is an adult. Sadly, the fact that this child deceived the adult into thinking she was also an adult doesn't really change much. And if a parent presses charges, like her mum did, then the adult really is screwed.
bookl0ver she ruined his life. She gets to move on from this, while this is something that will always be hanging over him. He is the victim here, not her. This is why anyone who goes to bars or clubs underage should be fined at the very least. It might discourage them from doing it.

Agree Harry was better I feel that they underuse Jay and Ben's characters together now their brotherly bond seems to be gone.
