I believe you should not take out the power supply (+12v) from power board because the power on amplifier will be always on after standby enabled. The amplifier will burned faster.
Nice work. I dealt with the same thing only on LG plasma which has no headphone output. So I have to find the signal on the SCART connector. Perhaps I can do it.
Hi sir, the mainboard IC is TPA3113 and the audio board is TPA3110, both are compatible and interchangeable, ¿why not desolder mainboard chip and replace with new chip on audio board?

This a last option when you don't know how to connect the audio pins from the board then you add a 3.5mm jack from the ouput phone of the audio system. But the professional way is to connect it inside the board. But it still a successful. 👍

Kvazi majstor umesto da je procitao datasheet amp IC-a i nasao problem. Kurac bi znao da resi da je problem bio pre tog IC-a, negde u konvertovanju d/a, onda bi to krs pojacalce nabio ne znam gde. Ali izbusiti rupu lemilicom i provucu dzek i inda ga utaknuti, boze me sacuvaj budale.

I Have 32 Inches Videocon LCD TV purchased approx... in the year 2010, which supports the DEN set top box perfectly,(means sound and video are clear in HDMI cable as well as AV cable) but as i connect the JIO set top box to this TV there is no sound coming out but video is perfect. Now to clear further doubts i then connected this JIO SET TOP BOX to SANSUI LCD TV where it works perfectly (both sound and video are clear) Thus, if you could pl. let me know the reason why i am coming across such a issue. Thanks !!

Only thing different I would have done is I would have tapped into the headphone jack from underneath the mainboard.

I agree. Or better still just plug an external speaker bar into the headphone jack. This looks like a complete bodge job.

You can simply connect it to the headphones audio out Jack instead plugging outside of the tv.

Block condensators make problems around original IC and becouse of that you dont have sound on original IC
