So ok I tried with my 4k led tv.. there are 2 flat cables. Isolated the issue by removing the cable one by one and turn on the tv. Once identified, I did cover the first 1-10 lines approximately with the cello tape and it works. Since the lines are too small, I was unable to count exactly. So just covered the first 10 lines approx from the left side and connected. And it works great. But one side effect I can see. My left side tv brightness became slightly dull when compare to the right side.. but it’s not noticeable much.

Ok let me do trial and error and find the exact leg that is responsible for the corrupted signal.
