Rewatch the video and you'll realize this video is not saying that feudalism and serfdom are good, exactly the opposite. The good thing was that before the enclosure acts, people shared the resources ie land in common and this was most certainly better than feudalism and serfdom. It's still substance farming but at least you weren't bound to the land and didn't have to pay rent to a landlord
