If Tommy didn't get exiled (READ DESC FOR MY AU)

My AU
This is after the meeting where Dream says if Tommy is not exiled the walls will be built to build limit.
Tubbo managed to get Dream to let Tommy stay but everytime he gets in trouble the walls go up 7 layers.
If the walls reach build limit then Tommy gets banned from the Dream SMP all together. Like banned from the server.
Tommy thinks something is up as Dream is coincidentally always there when he gets in trouble.....
