Will, you made me laugh out loud multiple times in this video. A phenomenal tour of the ranch, and I can tell you love your job. You chilling in the water tank like it was a hot tub made me almost spit out my drink. Congrats on selling the ranch. Thank you for your great content but also the genuine enthusiasm and fun you bring
what kind of elevations (above sea level) are in those hill texas country areas?... for example, what is the highest elevation point on this ranch?... i know it sold already but just trying to find out what is the typical high elevation around that part of texas...
Is this the place my friend at the club said would be good for hunting African lion? My friend just returned from a few weeks in Europe hunting boar and some other "discreet" species but mentioned the canned hunts in Texas and said it was a gas!
David did you not see the Scimitar Oryx in the video? big herd of them. Never saw or got an Elk on camera until a month before we sold them and I went out there and saw 3 huge ones. Don't know how they can hide so well being so big but they do!!
The amount of animals is incredible. There are Elk that you would think you could see but I didn't for 2 years and then saw 3 a month before we sold the ranch because they are so elusive. Awesome land in this part of Texas and affordable. #willsellsit #land #ranch #willkoberg #kobergrealestategroup
The Texas #borderpatrol is doing a phenomenal job in this area keeping Americans safe. The Federal Government needs to step up and close the border and be clear to the world that we will not allow illegal immigration. The federal government also needs to allow #Texas to do what we need to do to arrest illegal immigrants and send them back where they came from illegally.
Thanks for the question. I have not visited with the new owners about it. We sold the ranch a year and a half ago. I do know there is illegal activity in that sector and border patrol works closely with land and ranch owners. Are you looking for property?
I was on the property for 3 years and saw some signs and even a small one scurry from a feeder. That was it. Owner did a good job of keeping them from being a nuisance. Now if you like hog hunting there are some better land & ranch properties available for that in particular that I know of.
@@crapthisisalongusern great questions. The answer is not if it is using it's wings for support and doing some flapping to get it's a** clear of a predator.
The animals flourish with ranchers and hunters owning these ranches. Make note the owner helps the population of the ranch by drilling wells and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure the animals are healthy and they don't die of heat or lack of water.
If I win the lottery, I'll buy El Diablo Ranch and turn it into a Sanctuary Nature Center for Recreation... NO HUNTING and killing of these beautiful bucks 😉 👍
Don't do it after a couple years there would be too many animals with no management they would start to get sick and die and you would have spca rolling up your backside from letting them get into that condition.
Thank you for the opinion. I can appreciate that. Have you been out on this 4,423 acres of rugged terrain to hunt it? Not as easy as you think. Especially when the property borders over 10,000 acres of Texas Park and Wildlife land and native animals found ways to cross over.

As you can see it's a beautiful landscape with impressive elevations. Elevations range from 1,400’ to 1,750’

Not the one!!
Don't hunt and kill God's beautiful animals.
If I bought this ranch I’d cut the high fence down and turn it back into free range
Being next to the Texas Park and Wildlife land on the Devil's River with over 10,00 acres that would be incredible!
Has this property sold? Im looking for something like this property
It has but we can find you one if you are looking. Reach out to me on DM!
How much cows are there and that ranch
Didn't count the heads but probably about 12-20.

Amazing place👍🏽🤠
This land so big what do you do if bunch of people live in your land and you don't even know it. That is kind of scary.

If only a poor 44year old disabled combat veteran could afford that. Maybe in another life.

It’s not hunting if it’s within a fenced-in enclosure!!!!! It’s farming!!!!! Hunting doesn’t involve fences!!!!!

they are known as "canned hunts" in Teexas. If you have the money, they'll let you shoot whatever you want.
Have you ever walked 100 acres? 50? 20?!? Are you a hunter? I doubt it. Sounds like you don’t want people hunting.
