At the end he just explains some stuff for box squats. He says since he angles the box shallow that way he wont have to bring the knees too forward which allows him to use more of his hamstring from hi-bar box squats. Also touches up on hi and low bar squats and how it uses different types of muscles through the use of different squat varieties.

English Translation of introduction (on-screen text during training and outro in replies)
Today I’m filming the intro after training. Today’s Monday, January 18, day 13 of my squat strengthening, but today I didn’t do any full squats, I did box squats. The reason I chose to do box squats is that recently I haven’t been feeling great. The reason for that is, well I’ve stayed quiet about it for a while, hip joint has been a little… I’ve had some pain in my adductor. So when standing up from the bottom(?), I had no power. So, I was working it too hard, but even so, last time’s practice, I got this feeling like if I do any more than this it feeling like it’s going to rip or something. So, today, er today as in for a while, I’m thinking I’ll go with box squats.
    (1:05)
With box squats, though, you can’t do low reps. So, with 10 reps per set and slowly increasing the weight, I’ll see how far I can go. I’ll show you soon but for lighter weights I increased 30kg at a time, then when the weight got heavier 20kg at a time. When I got close to my max, I stopped there, and you won’t see this part in the video but after that I backed off on the weight and did a few sets like that. I don’t have a set number of sets, depending on. Depending on my condition on that day, I raise the weight as much as I can.
    (1:55)
The angle (depth?) of the squats is completely different from normal, much shallower, but the load was all on my legs, so I think as far as improving my squat numbers they will still be useful. So here you go, please watch the training video.
Hope that helps! I am nowhere near a professional translator but I hope that helps get the gist of Toshiki's words better than the auto-translate! よろしくお願いします、俊樹先輩!🙏

      Text during training clips:
2:30 - Finished quick box squat setup
      2:54 - Diagonal side view
      3:10 - Straight-on side view
3:31 - Paying attention to how I’m using my knees
3:49 - Paying attention to how I’m using my knees (side)
4:14 - Conscious of not letting my knees come out
      4:35 - “ “ (side)
4:55 - Weights from here on out I only did diagonal angle
5:25 - standing the moment my butt touches the box
5:48 - keeping the tempo going as best I can
6:19 - not putting the weight on/over the box (?)
      6:33 - if I do that I’m afraid I’ll injure my lower back/hip
7:26 - made it to 260kg today without overworking
      7:38 - Bonus!
      7:47ish - Slow-moving version
7:53 - bad examples (note: first 1 knees come forward, 2nd one weight is over box, what he was saying above he was trying to avoid)
8:04 recommend making a slant in the box

      Outro:
Ok so today you watched the video of my box squat practice, how was it? Basically, when I do box squats, the angle is very shallow, so the adductor is dominant. And I’m trying not to let my knees come out. When you squat without letting your knees come out, you get that stimulus in your quads as well, but basically, the stimulus is in your hamstring, so it’s a different stimulus than a full squat.
For this I think high bar vs low bar placement also affects the stimulus. In high bar your quads are dominant, in low bar your hamstrings are dominant, and you can train that. But in my case, I do high bar so my quads are mainly working when I’m doing squats. But Amari in regards to the back, when I do normal squats (high bar), there are areas that doesn’t hit, so by using a box for example I can get that stimulus in the hamstrings too. When you do box squats, I think some people are misinformed, you don’t put all the weight you’re carrying on the box, it’s like half? No, maybe 30-50% of the weight hits the box and then from there stand with good timing (quickly?), I think it’s best to visualize it that way. If you put all of the weight on the box, your pelvis will tilt backwards and that can cause pain in your hips. So those of you who are thinking of incorporating (box squats) into your training, I think you should be mindful of those points. -awkward silence- so anyways, that was an easy box squat video.
