Coaching college football especially in and around the SEC has to be one of the toughest occupations. I can only imagine how difficult it is for a young coach trying to prove himself with emense pressure from players , fans , media as well as the school and higher ups that determine if you have a job past today. Lane has like most made mistakes climbing the ladder and balancing on the top rung but he also seems to have learned and matured into a respectable coach. I wish him well.

He was and is a great coach! He had his differences off and on the field, but should have never let him go! Why do you think he brought Coach Sarkisian back? Same coaching style, and also good guy! Heaven forbid Coach Sarkisian gets COVID-19! One, we need him Saturday and #2 he had open heart surgery March 2020! That would not be good!

He was reprimanded by the NCAA for unproven public claim that Urban is a cheater. If he can stay focused on his job he is one of the best offensive minds in college football. I do not think he can lead Ole Miss to an SEC title tho.
