FWIW, the cosplay and acting is a _genuinely_ interesting and fun/funny schtick that could actually take him far if he knew how to use it well enough, but this in addition to improving personality, hygiene and grooming is what would be needed to fully improve with real-life women
Listen...I'm using someone's tablet right now under this profile to prove to her that she hasn't had a 40 year relationship with Johnny Depp. She has literally spoken to one scammer or another and as of 3 days ago Johnny wanted her to send Apple gift cards to insure the money that hes going to drop to pay for her plane tickets and the fuel his driver is going to use to pick her up. Thing is that she's on a fixed income and payday is coming up. She's hellbent on finally meeting Johnny. Maybe you guys that see this could DM her and tell her not to send gift cards or spend money that a real millionaire wouldn't need anyway.
He was so desperate to make it clear it was a catfish and not a romance scam. Like he wanted to believe it was a real woman who fell for him but for some reason didn’t want to reveal herself. I feel like he would have continued to talk to the scammer if he could confirm it was a woman
It's like when you get a love note in middle school, and it turns out to be from the icky girl with a lazy eye and a limp. Totally bombs your street cred.
Exactly. He needed it to just be a Catfish (a woman who tried to lure him into a relationship, because he's just so irresistible) and not a romance scam. Doesn't want to admit it's a man from Nigeria, looking for money.
Because the delusional "victims" don't count that as proof that it's a scam. The Catfished people would obviously know but they need to prove it to the victims.

I love your stuff guys. I’ve just become a member and been watching you guys for a couple of years now. Actually have a catfish of my own at the moment. I’ve done all the research on her just trying to find her location.
His issue with relationships that never worked is that he’s trying to create them all online or by text messaging without making any real life effort to get out in the real world
i do think the editing team does the victims dirty with these intros because they want them to come off the most unlikable, since these videos engagement rely on this. They probably just told him "hey can you send us some videos and describe some of your hobbies" and thats what came through.
What's crazy is that there are so many legit women out there looking for a man..... but they don't have perfect bodies. Men would rather "date" a fake scammer with big boobs and a 6 figure income (that aren't even real!)
"We both haven't slept - in two days". He thinks the scammer is really into it. However, it is possible that they had to work late shift as this guy needed constant reassurance.
Did anyone else want to weep that a grown man thinking that threatening a romance scammer as Hannibal Lecter is the saddest, most impotent thing you’ve ever heard?
oh my god, he was all puffed up like he was about to woop some ass, "I'm going to ream them and then BLOCK them."....ooooh, really intimidating, my guy...but then I lost it at the Hannibal Lector voice thing. That was so ridiculous. He should date in his circle instead of trying to hook up with girls in their 20's who are way out of his league. It's hilarious and creepy all at once. Guy needs to go down to the local theater or a comic con and hit on a nice 40 year old who does the concessions or has a merch booth. The only way he's ever going to get with a girl who looks like Nina is if he pays for it.
Most of the people that fall for these scams have narcissistic traits. They never want to admit that they are wrong. They are extremely into themselves.

My husband says she's always had terrible handwriting though.

Well no...scammers don't ask for money if they don't have to....if you just start offering it up as soon as they mention the slightest hardship. If you start sending your "girlfriend" money for gifts, the scammer is happy to play along. You just made their job a lot easier.
If he really never sent her money other than for underwear, and was convinced that she was legit then why on earth would he contact Social Catfish? I may be old and senile but I know when things don't add up.
It looked like he was in SoCal. He might make his living at being a street performer around Hollywood. The tourists usually tip enough to get by on for having their picture taken with these cosplayers. Explains the state of his living quarters.
The fact that he refuses to accept it’s a Romance scam because he wants to believe it’s a “Catfish” because “she has feelings for him” 🤣🤣🤣 just accept reality!

When she turns around he's also interested in her... character.
Two facets of her personality, more like...
He definitely sent money.
No doubt about it, why else would the scammer stick around lol
You know, I wonder if part of this whole thing is that it's a fantasy thing. Now, pardon my wording, just trying to explain the mindset, but it feels like he was thinking: "This girl was such a whore, but then I got to see who she really was and I'M the one making her better". Like he's "saving her" in a sense. Just my two cents yaya.

FWIW, the cosplay and acting is a _genuinely_ interesting and fun/funny schtick that could actually take him far if he knew how to use it well enough, but this in addition to improving personality, hygiene and grooming is what would be needed to fully improve with real-life women
Meanwhile even the dumb ones would be a challenge for his two brain cells. 😂😂😂

5:03 "I could be a murderer for all you know", if you say that to a woman you just started talking to and she keeps talking, then that's a red flag
He seems very angry. I think he was disappointed that it wasn't someone who had a crush on him, and just another Nigerian scammer.

Us cosplay people are weird. I apologize.
i do think the editing team does the victims dirty with these intros because they want them to come off the most unlikable, since these videos engagement rely on this.
